This is so true. You explain everything so clearly, Cat. IMO, you are the most knowledgeable coach on the Internet. I only watch your videos. The "twin flame" awakening is the next step in my evolution which began consciously decades ago when I learned to meditate. As I look way back, everything in my life begins to make sense now. Somethings I didn't understand before. I am now at the stage of beginning my Purpose/Mission. I "inner"stand now. Intuition speaks to me. (The still small voice).💕🙏

Yep. On a medical waiting list for what I hope will be a full hysterectomy. Journeying hard, so much sacral chakra work, spiritually healing, seeing my business get physically built imminently and knowing I've got to be coming to the end of a very long physically painful stillness 🙏💪❤️
In my case could feel like the blood was boiling and spinal cord could feel like hot object......my head was like is set on fire for good months......then later on i begun to feel like there was a hole in my heart and air is going through it

Yes, I went through all those pain. One day, I woke up and my spinal column was hurting like hell. I still went to work that time. I felt my body vibrating, all my body pain was amplified...Migraine, dysmenorrhea, cysts, etc. I felt like I could collapse anytime and die. I couldn't function anymore so I resigned and had to face myself and heal.

Yes it's true..I thought I had a UTI. Went to the emergency room and there was no trace of injection... But the pain was there in the lower abdomen. Sacral chakra

Thanks so much Cat I’m learning a lot from your videos. The most challenging I’m married for over 20 years and met my TF 2 years ago and the dynamics have shifted so much as I’m definitely not the same person anymore. Any advice on these types of situations ? ❤
With the 30day Bootcamp (other than helping with the energetic walls that stop the masculine from running etc I’m def getting better with mastering my emotions but feel so drawn to signing up still) does it also help at all with getting me to a closer place of alignment with what my soul came here to do, is this what is meant by ‘reclaiming power and light’? Sorry for the daft question, I work with spirit and energy already (but on the side of a mundane admin job that I know I’m not meant to be in for much longer) but feeling blocked on how to move forward to do my spiritual/energetic work full time (fears etc)

Had a look at the link and it looks amazing def something I need. I’m still feeling this stronger pull to the 30day Bootcamp though. Have sat with it since and feeling like that’s the one i to go with first so even if it doesn’t make logical sense to me right now, trusting that there is a reason and something big with the Bootcamp that I need to learn or connect with right now. Iv added the wayshower course to be next on my list!

I said that there isn’t 3 types, if you listen again I talk about the truth which is you can’t have types as your twin is you at a soul level. To say there are types is ridiculous its soul and soul is formless.

Depending if you are in fear base addictive energy, if you are this will only cause you more pain and looping. But as you move along the journey you dissipate the lower frequency and your twin will come back in a higher more satori frequency
