Every time I look at the side view I think there is enough room for a front bogie or an 0-10-0. I have just broken my own rule and bought some very nice, yet expensive coaches. from Hattons and their postal rate are far cheaper than an auction site. Glad to see that you are better. Martin. Yet another good video. The ampage, is not only goof for controlling what you are running, but the size of the layout. The larger the layout the more ampage you will need.
Great video, new fan of your work, and really appreciate your no-nonsense honesty about the hobby and its components. Learning a lot and enjoying your presentation a lot. Cheers.
Hi jenny Hope are feeling better? For me on analogue it a stunning model in any livery at a great price too. I wish hornby would do it in pre grouping livery but I guess that would mean different tooling for it Keep safe arp
I have a question about hornby's trains I look at the website and Googled it up and it said that hornbys stuff won't work in the USA but I want to get ther products but if you can't answer the question I understand?
I live in Canada so same standard of home electrical (110v). Anything that gets power through the controller will work fine if purchased from the UK Hornby site as the controller modifies the voltage (12dc or about 15ac for dcc). So locos, power accessories, points, etc will be fine. The trick is if you buy a controller from the uk you will have to replace the power converter as the uk is 230v. I have purchased from Hornby uk online but I would suggest finding a us stockist. There are import charges charged by your courier as well as tax. Also if you need to return the item is it a pain because of import/export issues
Great video as always, many thanks. Only ships have funnels, steam engines have chimneys. Fred Dibnah will be turning in his grave. Keep up the good work. I have several great models thanks to your reviews.
don't buy new hornby products anymore , too many negative reviews of thier shoddy products and shonky business ethos , frankly thier new models would be my last choice
@@LNER985 absolutely not true . i buy many of hornbys old products from when they were decent quality ,, i'm just not retarded enough to pay top dollar for poor quality
Thank you for another wonderful video Jenny, Zoe and everyone

I like them. I bought one to represent a Q5 ROD locomotive after a repaint and renumbering
These locos seem a great addition to a layout. Might have to get one eventually.
