They seldom called Michael for traveling if you watched back then. They happened to call one travel here, because it was very obvious. you used the one play alone to make a broad, inapplicable statement. Jordan basically invented the legal travel.

@Lisa Rose Definitely a travel but the reason your questioning it is because they let players get away with so much worse today that's why you don't think its a travel. Today's NBA is an absolute joke.

In Alen Iverson's Hall of Fame speech, he describes the moment when he saw Michael Jordan for the first time in that game and what he felt. He said I went onto the field and looked at him and for the first time in my life a person didn't look real to me. I saw his aura around him, which glowed. It was as if he was floating above the field.
He was my hero and my idol and I always wanted to be like him.
Alen Iverson's respect for Jordan shows that he was very honest.
In this video you can see Alen Iverson sitting on the bench, looking dreamy.
An incredible moment for him because he is going to play against Mike and he is very happy about it and full of emotion.
I understand him very well. For many, Michael Jordan is the top of the mountain of the best players of all time in the NBA.
Alen Iverson is also a legend and one of the best of the best players. For me, he is a phenomenon as a basketball player. I Love him.

Folks, as long as I've watched B-ball...ain't no better point guard who weighed ONLY a $1.65 yet had, disportionate, yet sneaky height of 6' 0! His fearlessness was a combo of Isaiah Thomas, cat-like moves like Pistol Pete, clutch shooting as Magic/Jordan and let's not forget defense and would take a charge from bigger guys! I DO have his original red/white/blue 76'ers jersey! Love this guy!

Iverson possibly had the most deadliest crossover ever, right?
He hit Jordan with his best move and crossed him, Jordan recovered and was a millimeter away from blocking that shit.
To me, Jordan’s recovery is more impressive than the crossover.

@Tony Scott Iverson performed well against Jordan once, and only once. Every following game, Iverson had a very, very low field goal percentage. The difference in abilities behind Jordan and Iverson was clear
Since Jordan was 34 in this game, would you care for me to show you footage of Iverson in his 30s? Even after leaving the NBA after mediocre final seasons, he played in other leagues.
