    I know other people have videos where the air fry the potatoes but they end up really super crispy on the outside and sometimes not done on the inside so your method is the best

    Looks amazing as always! Made these the other day.... after adding the butter, cheese and the bacon, I tossed them back in the Ninja for like 2 mins on high! Yep... it was as good as it sounds! Thanks again CJ.

    Great video, love it!! When I cook baked potatoes in my oven I usually pre-heat to 425 which takes like 15 minutes, then cook for another hour and 15 minutes. This is so much faster and that crispy skin!!!

    Today i used this method and my taters came out very tastey. Appreciate these nfg cooks a lot so thank you for them! Btw yesterdays beef jerky came out great using your method. I am going to just hang on to my original foodi grill and i use it almost daily.

    Thanks CJ, just a tip from me to you...but I like to put Montreal Seasoning on the outside rather than just salt...makes the skin so tasty.

    Hey CJ, quick question. If I wanted to make baked potatoes and steak, do you think I could make the potatoes first, set them aside, and then make the steaks?

    • @CookingWithCJ
      @CookingWithCJ  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah I’d definitely put it aside.

    Great video but never poke holes in them unless you are going to put them in the microwave.

    • @jppiehl
      @jppiehl 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      All the places I have read you still need to poke for the ninja & microwave or they can explode. I'm not taking any chances.

  • @loiserwin5991

    In the Foodi it takes 40 minutes on air crisp. Had to laugh...you killed those taters with the fork. I poke mine 3 times with a paring knife and good to go. Never tried smoked gouda....I've always used cheddar. Will have to give it a try.

    CJ I absolutely love watching your videos. Your name same as my son cute as a button and your recipes are always fantastic but do me a favor and just get right to the recipe in the beginning and then as it’s cooking then do the bullshit because usually like I’m always in a hurry as I imagine everyone is.
