i don't think you'd ever reach the highest levels of play, if you had a toxic negative attitude, for the simple reason that it's a primordial recruitment criteria, that's why you'll see players that are more talented than pro players, yet will never make it because they are garbage human beings.
Since BSJ mentions energy drinks, I figured I'd give the young ones a piece of advice. Don't overdo it with the energy drinks. I drank way too many monsters in my 20s and almost gave myself Type 2 Diabetes, no joke. I'm fine now, back to normal blood sugar and all that, but it was a worrying experience. I only had one or two a day at most, so i was really surprised how badly it fucked me up. Have one every once and a while, but not all the time. Stick to coffee. Tons of antioxidants. Plus black coffee is a man's drink. Love this series Brian. Keep it up.

Pro players and high level players like BSJ usually are on a similar ballpark where they both factor in a lot more stuff that wouldn't really even concern the 2k MMR players or pub trash like me, so when they analyze each other, it's a more rich back and forth. I hope my rambling makes sense.
BSJ, Im just a dude thats not that amazing at dota but I love your videos and the fact that you provide info but also show your looking to improve by getting coaching from high ranking perspectives. As i said, im just a guy but i feel the reason you felt the urge to make the rotation (at 23:57) to bot for a fight that ended poorly, was purely a sense of 'pressure' that you feel. I notice this in games when I dont end up having the impact i need as an Offlaner, leaving less space and giving map control to the enemy. Pos 1 feels this impact because of the closing in map with less safe camps to take being split by all the cores wanting to have the impact necessary to make these good trades. Its in these times the urge to fight arises to regain what you feel is controllable(or your enemy is being agressive and overextending). Hindsight is 20/20 but I guess we all came to the conclusion that pressuring their t1 and gaining the extra farm would have been a better outcome than participating in a teamfight that regardless of the outcome, you are marking your timings. This becomes harder to do as a pos 3 as the space limiting leaves me as a third support almost, If you have tips on this or insight to your evaluation of a better outcome in this game I would love to hear it. Move to jungle, triangle.. escape enemies, avoid team fights as much possible (fight with your team when you have good chance and omni), let your team make space for you. And come back.. thats what I usually do..

yes of course, i feel more confident on myself that i can reach that high mmr playing like shit LOL just 1k more and im good to ruin bsj's games lul
