Jesus what Garrett turbo is on that? Looks big. I've got a GT2871R .86 on my 16V 4AGE with far more work to the engine then yours and it doesn't hit full boost until 5000rpm and it makes peak power at 7900rpm. Any bigger turbo would be hard to imagine on the 1.6L baby 4AGE raising the boost threshold and peak power even more.
Bottleneck unlikely. Huge air filter, large piping, massive A2W core, maxbored throttle body, smallport manifold converted to fit large port head, ported head, 1mm piston overbore, slightly higher than stock compression, oversized valves, high-lift cams, tubular exhaust manifold, 3" straight pipe off turbo. You probably saw a 2860 with a .64 A/R do that. Which is physically smaller and acts smaller than my 2871 .86 A/R
@@DJToneRI looked it up damn there really is a difference in physical size that all makes sense, the one I saw made peak hp at 6500 lol smaller turbo is right

But I'm still curious about the characteristics and size of the turbo the gentleman is using in the video here as it physically looks much larger than mine on a less flow-friendly build.
What front 5 lug? We have nothing here in the states besides an expensive ass techno toy tuning billet hub on a ae86 spindle or drag race only brakes from aerospace.

I've seen a gt28 with fuel mods and supporting obv on a 16v make 18 psi at 3600 I bet you have a bottleneck somewhere
