nigerians who do not know their history, have no clue that igbo, yoruba and Edo speaking people are one tribe whose language are dialects of one another, for example, Yoruba and Edo call goat ewúrẹ, while igbo call goat ewu, yoruba's call house ile/ule which sounds like Ulo in Igbo, as with dialects which are the same language, the only change you have in the way the words are pronounced are the consonants and vowel sounds. Onyeka Owenu here is working for the same nigerian government that she's attacking, the dumb nigerian public think with their emotions rather than to think with their brains, the nigerian government who know that the yoruba, igbo and Edo ethnicity are one tribe have succeeded in making them believe that they are different tribes so a tribalist agenda can be used to seethe emotions of igbo, yoruba and Edo into doing evil and using those emotions in running the country, for example in the civil war in which tafewa balewa was killed in the north of nigeria by igbo trained northerners, his body was dumped in lagos to incite a fake civil war for other purposes which the nigerian people do not care to know and Onyeka Qwenu forgot to tell you all that. dumb nigerians should stop looking up to government, as long as you keep mentioning government in everything, they become your god, go back to your farm, plant your crops, learn about your history. Igbo, yoruba and Edo are one tribe that is the reason why its easy for an igbo, yoruba and edo man to be able to understand each other's language and speak it fluently, don't be used by the Wicked nigerian government to achieve their purpose of a one world government for their god, satan

The Igbo women are rare breeds, their types are very hard to find. Ndigbo are generally an industrious race and no one can suppress that. Despite all the Civil War, the marginalization and exclusion, Ndigbo are still holding their own.
I have no regrets being Onye Igbo but I have plenty regrets being a Nigerian!!!

If you know Dialectics, you will awaken to the fact that the name Nigeria is an insult. Lord Lugard didn't ascribe to that name to compliment or celebrate the people living in that place.
"I don't feel Nigerian at all," Uchenna Chikwendu told DW. "I feel happy I'm an Igbo. But as a Nigerian, no. There is no Nigeria, to me. I have nothing to be proud of as a Nigerian." The Biafra War in current-day Nigeria led to the deaths of over 3 million people in just 30 months - many of them children and weak old women and man.
This week marks 50 years since the end of the war. However, the consequences of the brutal conflict can still be felt today.
*Nigeria is just a geographical location, not a country and never will be a Nation*
*Onyenka Onwenu, I Thank and Celebrate your courage, well spoken and articulate speech here*

Please the southeast Governors should map out a good site of land where they will decorate with CROSS for the memory of all that died b4 the war and after the war and even now for the purpose of Been Onyeigbo or a Biafran. As a mark of 50years of the end of war, mark the 30th of every May as a public holiday in Eastern Nigeria in a respect for the our beloved one that died

The solution to self determination is simple. The Nigerian government will never agree to Biafra in any form. So to achieve self determination is set up a programme that will return on the Ibos to Biafra land. They will develop Biafra land and produce all the spare parts, farm produce, manufacturing. Then Nigeria people will come and buy their products. Economic power is more than military powers these days. If you have the money you can set the pace.
    My humble advice.

@Goodies Godson I agree that military power can destroy. But remember that military power can be bought if you have the economic power. The herdsman destruction can be stopped of you have a well financed security within Biafra. With money you can even attract American or Russian assistance.
See what the Saudi's are doing with their money. They influence American decisions with their money

nigerians who do not know their history, have no clue that igbo, yoruba and Edo speaking people are one tribe whose language are dialects of one another, for example, Yoruba and Edo call goat ewúrẹ, while igbo call goat ewu, yoruba's call house ile/ule which sounds like Ulo in Igbo, as with dialects which are the same language, the only change you have in the way the words are pronounced are the consonants and vowel sounds.

Yes, a group of people who cry about marginalisation; are actually being marginalised. It is simply due to biasness towards one's race, tribe or ethnicity that this happens. When black people speak against marginalisation in America, the white people, those of whom are ignorant and biased, including other ethnicities, who do not understand the struggle of black people in America, simply assume that are crying and complaining without cause. If you do not belong to a group of people, do not automatically assume or brush aside their actual struggle as mere complaining. Not until you've actually understood, through research and historical knowledge. Otherwise you are simply coming from a point of great ignorance; and it shows!

She has everything at stake yet she is no longer in support of unity among Nigerians that her musical albums advocated for. Nigeria is definitely not working and there is no single indication that it will work. Am also unapologetic about this, let Nigerians try something new if what we have been doing in the past 60 years is not working. It is only a fool that will keep doing the same and expects different result. Nigeria is obviously not working, let us try something else. Before anyone comes for me with insults that lack logical reasoning other than sentiments and tribalism, I am proudly a 100% Yoruba man from Oyo state.

Madam the story of Port Harcourt you gave here is not only inaccurate and insensitive , but is also insulting to to the Rivers people.
Can you explain to Nigerians why your late father from Arondizuogu represented PortHarcourt Constituency and was Principal of Enitona High School in Port Harcourt to the exclusion of indigenes of the place who were better educated than you?
Can you explain to us why the Mayor of Port up until the civil had to be an IBO man or woman? Where all land allocations in Port Harcourt before the war not approved by the Ihekwaba's and other Mayors to the exclusion of indigenes?
Senator David Mark was chairman of the Abandoned properties commission in Port Harcourt and he made sure that every IBO person with valid documents was compensated or given his house, so please stop these lies as they don't help your struggle.
By the way what was the street and number of the house your mother lost in Port Harcourt? You will never get out of this pit by continuing to irritate and lie against your neighbors. If I May correct you, Federal Government Scholarships were very competitive and given out mainly to the best qualified( I was a State and Federal Government Scholar). You did not qualify for the award period. Do you mind letting us know your WASC and HSC results? I will stop here before I annoy my IBO cousins and friends. Madam you may want to respond but please avoid insults and diatribes as I wont respond to such. Thanks and God bless all of us amen.

He spent years going back and forth, ended up in depression and died heart broken! He came to PH at age 10 (PH was nothing then!) and worked hard to lose all that in his late 60s! Please do not say those with valid docs got their houses! He was well known and ended up with nothing!!

@@Jaylove777 Sorry to hear this about your Grandfather. This is what happens in war. There are well known Rivers people who lost houses in Aba and Umuahia and their story is unsung. War does nobody any good. My point is that we should thread carefully over this sensitive issue, as people on all sides suffered and died needlessly during the civil war. The Igbo must work with and not antagonize their neighbors in their struggle for self actualization. Rivers people don't hate Ibos as the ties that bind us are many. I have Ibo uncles and first cousins and cannot hate a part of me. Thanks for your input.
