The new Pokemon Legends Arceus Palkia form looks kinda familiar

While Pokemon Legends Arceus did Dialga dirty, taking a good look at Palkia made me think it looks REALLY familiar. As if the entire new Palkia design was MADE IN HEAVEN. The Hisui region is just full of surprises, maybe all Cyrus wanted to do was reach heaven.
