Not sure what your saying, but I'm sure there must be validity to it. Allow me to say that I'm a sixty something still coming to grips with smart phones. I'm no luddite. I have and use a smart phone, but I have lived 50 years of my life without one. I spent those 50 years "in the moment" and using pay phones! I have seen some major benefits of having a smart phone, but also the loss of some genteel and interpersonal behaviors not to mention the loss of conversational skills.
Bob Albin Fair enough, respect to you. But I'm saying anyone can pay for a gig, go to a concert etc. How many people happen to be there in the moment watching their favourite band's singer 'busking'? Not many, so put your phone away I say and soak the moment up.
I love hearing everyone singing along at the end.
And all the stars were crashing 'round as I lay eyes on what I found. Beautiful song and lyrics.
The burden and beauty of Johnny and Steven combined in one.
Meloy the Incomparable
twistedimagev2 insufferable personality but an otherworldly songwriter
@@markcannon2766 what makes him insufferable?
hauntingly beautiful
So insanely talented (:

Dude with the orange guitar looks impatient and distracted.
Pete Daley Colin took his corner... The dude may not make his normal income thanks to Meloy
What's that guy doing? YOU CAN'T SMOKE THERE!

lol he's a heathen!!!
Briston Hatchell sure he can. We watched him do it....
And everyone looked at their phones and totally missed my favorite song.
Put your damn phones down people! Watch and live the moment. Your true friends will believe the story and be happy for you.
I figured this reply would come eventually. You make a valid point.
Bob Albin Surely if you didn't know this moment would come, you should enjoy it all the more (and put your phone down) and not take it for granted?

Bob Albin looks to me like everyone is already enjoying the moment. There’s not a single thing wrong with capturing it to relive many times over
