The ICT itself, or the EuroVelo13, is super long - it stretches over more than 10,000 km from Norway to the Black Sea and follows the former border during the Cold War between the Western and Soviet-controlled states.
This episode of my IRON CURTAIN TRAIL series shows the section between Wismar and Travemünde/Priwall.
The trails follows the Baltic Sea coastline and will take you through an amazing landscape full of wildflowers.

Yes, that is a particularly nice section. June is the best month to see the wildflowers.

I feel you when you said, "This is not fair" Oh man!!!!! Love the field of wildflowers though.

@@farmerhavingfun Yes, I could have done without that heavy shower. Especially up there, where there is nowhere to shelter. In fact, this was my first time up there when it got wet.
And true: the wildflower fields are adorable. Also, this stretch of the coast remains quite untouched, I guess due to the lack of seaside towns. Although the bike path is well equipped with restrooms ever so often. However, the beaches there are not staffed with life guards.
