April 2024 CCSWG Equal Pay Educational Briefing: Developing Policies through a Gender Equity Lens

Dr. Perla Hernandez Trumkul is a dedicated advocate for gender equality, tirelessly working to garner public support for addressing gender gaps and wage disparities and implementing equitable social and political policies. She currently serves as the District Chief of Staff for United States Congresswoman Grace F. Napolitano, overseeing the local district office and managing a team committed to serving the San Gabriel Valley in the 31st Congressional District.
