My wife and I were there with yall on the same day. We're in the background in Japan. We gear up for our annual Disney trip by watching your videos on and off all day for a week. You are much taller in person, and it was fun saying hello and shaking your hand. Thank you again for having and sharing your fun with us.

Hi Tim and Jen (@TheTimTracker)! The Brazilian dish Escondidinho de carne means literally little hidden beef. The name of the dish is because the meat is hidden by the mashed yucca, so you don't know is there. We have many variations of it. Love your videos!!! Greetings from Brazil!!

Caramelized onions are a staple with Perogies, and Kielbasa is pronounced Kill-bah-saa All of that food...Yum yum yum!

Last year was our first time at Food & Wine and the filet was one of our favorite foods. Bummed to hear they changed the sauce, it was just about perfect the way it was! Loved getting to experience Food & Wine this year through your vlog.

That smoked beef brisket from Hops is by far the best food item I have had at Food and Wine! A MUST TRY! Also, the frozen apple pie "drink" at Poland is also very good. Can't believe my first day in Orlando was your first day at Food and Wine.

I'm from Brazil, and The little hidden one is usually just like that, but bigger, ground beef with mashed potatos on top só its hidden understand there, white The name comes from, The meat is hidden. There is a lot Of times os Escondidinhos, deppending on The meat tape (shrimp, our dry beef, Chicken, or whatever you want). The extra letters, The NH is pronounced like The Ñ in spanish. Here we Add inho or inha to The End Of a word when we mean its little, instead Of putting The little or lil' in front of it like you guys do in English

Bechemel is a cream sauce one o several "mother sauces" meaning you can turn it into other sauces by adding or changing ingredients. (adding Parmesan to it make it Mornay Sauce)

A lamington is a sponge cake covered in chocolate and shredded coconut. It usually has jam and cream in it too. Its pretty amazing.

We have been to Epcot today for the food and wine !!!! (After a lovely but very hot day at Typhoon Lagoon) Only 2 more days left here before going back to UK. Bo hoo. Had a fantastic holiday.xx

Tim and Jen, we were there on Wednesday for opening and that was not at all what was on the Filet. We have a white foam type sauce that was like a truffle butter and mushrooms as well it was very good. We are so bummed we missed you! We ended up doing Universal that day we are only here one more day then back home. Also make sure you try the cheese bread at the Brazil pavilion its amazing!
Aw, missed you guys by one day! We went opening day. I was very surprised, I was expecting crowds like your video last year (opening day was the only day we could do EPCOT) but it wasn't bad at all. I think the longest I waited was 5 minutes for Carrot Cake in Hops and Barley (highly recommend that by the way). Did Food and Wine start earlier this year, or maybe because opening day was a weekday? This year was the first time I went. There was so much more I wanted to try but we always eat at the Garden Grill when we go to EPCOT and didn't want to be too full for that. Also, my dad got a lot of compliments on his TimTracker 'Holy Macaroni' shirt! Tons of people looked at it, quite a few people we passed gave the thumbs up, and even some cast members from England and Germany talked to him about it!
Whew! That looks like some great food! I would like to go here just to try all the food! Yum!

I got so excited to read the menu board from Scotland that I tried to move the screen down. Try the Innes & Gunn when you go again and the weather is cooler, you'll really enjoy it.
I'm of Slavic heritage (Slovakia specifically) so we have kielbasa all the time, Eastern European thing. My family says Kah-bah-see but I've also heard keel-bas-ah. We also have pierogies sautéed in butter and onion. It's different everywhere you go!

I'm polish and yes. The way you pronounce it is KEEL-BAH-SA. Also. The caramelized onions are supposed to be eaten with the pierogi and the kraut eaten with the kielbasa polish sausage. Walt Disney World Annual Passholders can get a neat souvenir for free when visiting the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival
this year. Passholders can get a free etched glass tumbler if they
visit the Festival three times between September 14 and November 14
(limit of one tumbler per passholder).
To verify the visits, guests need to make sure they use their Annual
Passholder card or MagicBand to enter the park. After visiting three
times, take your photo ID and passholder admission media to Innoventions
East to pick up your tumbler.
To answer your question, they remove the food and wine buildings each year and store them backstage at Epcot! I went back there before I performed in a marching band parade and saw all of the buildings throughout the area
Loving it, however I wish I was back there, I had a great holiday for the 4th time there this year, it really is magical.

This was very informative. You've convinced me to cancel my EPCOT ADRs for this September and just eat around the world.
We ate at le cellier last week and my wife had the filet. It did not have that sauce on it. She kept saying it was one of the best meals she's ever had the whole time she was eating it.
