Not gonna lie - it's difficult, but it's possible and playable. The main issue of the deck is Boros Convoke. Just bored of sweepers. I remember the time when my control decks had only 3 sweepers, no more.
That one game against gruul was the way you’re supposed to play control. You had a fast clock and you used it. You usually don’t utilize a clock, which is the must frustrating aspect of watching you. But that time you did! Keep it up!
GGs. Do you think that a Dimir or even Esper version of this could be stronger? It's very nice to be able to keep up removal against prowess and still be able to use mana for something else. Annoying to deal with Boros convoke in the same meta though.
You are wild Sonio, no wrath spells... In game 5 against boros, countering war leader calls instead of playing aven interrupter cost you the game I think. The bird would have prevented lots of damages with early block, and call at 5 is not nearly as good, + the guy didn't even have 5 lands at the end of the game. You are amazing player anyway

I've been playing Explorer and I'm up to 7 sweepers lol. With all the value creatures have, it's easy to turn your brain off and clear the board.

That game 5 was a toigh one, if you had soul partitioned the virtue you would've had enough to block on the next turn. Good game though!

Agreed - the bird would have also gotten in for some chip damage which would have forced the opponent to chump block later in the game too.
