      Roads to the Lac are fairly narrow but OK. We are 4.5t and it’s not a problem. Best route is through the small village of Bun, then on through Estaing. Narrow in places but just take it easy. Hope you enjoy the Lac.

    I realise this vid is a couple of years old.
    Anyone know if it's still Free, and overnight friendly?
    I would love to visit here this coming year 2018

      Don't know of any reason why not. There were several vans wilding there last time we went but there is also a campsite there if you wish to use it. Must go back soon.........lovely place.

      Went here May 2018 for 3 nights.Breathtaking.Road to it was a challenge though.
