I really appreciate your help with this process. One small nitpick I have about the video is that the floating cursor while drawing was kinda distracting
6:28 Sycra , that's because Asians are smaller or rather short people. I'm surprised no one mentions that we should take reference from real Japanese or Asians when drawing Anime. Manga and Anime features stylized Asians just like Western cartoons features stylized caucasian people.
I love how a guy makes a professional drawing lesson for people out of charity and all you have to say about it is "wtf is this annoying dot" (idk how the fuck anyone couldn't tell that it was the mouse cursor)

This is an 8 head tall chart for idealized men. So for women, would it be the same from 0-9 years old, then10-19 would just be half a head shorter than indicated in this chart? Instead of going from 6 heads tall to 7, women go from 6 to 6.5?

drawing children is one of the things I suck at, I'm horrible at it, so horrible, that maybe my art professors would go down with depression. No just kidding, they would say I suck because it's true. This first part video is giving a very good understanding of the foundations for drawing children. Thank you Sycra.
loved the lines. specially the straight ones in the beginning... did you use a ruler or not? I love lines... and dots. they always make me think of awesome things...when they get moved around in a certain way... Its almost hypnotizing. but I'm babbling. don't mind me.
Not saying not to ask him but I don't think putting things like "reply as soon as you can" is going to get him to come running to your aid. Try "if at all possible" or maybe "if you happen to read this message" and remember that he has a life and things to do as well, also it would get people a little riled up if he simply helped YOU and not the thousands of others that regularly view his videos. Also, drawing lessons are everywhere dood, you can even join forums to get feedback and critique.
I agree with Young Kush. My drawing skills are far better after watching these vids. If you can't learn from him, don't. There are plenty of other tutors on youtube, go find their vids

Sorry I don't know why that happened... Some glitch in rendering maybe. I hope the video is still watchable enough to get some useful info though.
I find this video a little hard to focus on when the cursor is not following the place your drawing. Must have been a glitch in the capturing software

You should just take reference from the culture you're drawing I think there's nothing about anime that says you have to draw Japanese people lol

It sounded like he was holding shift, which in Photo Shop constrains to 90 degree increments.
