I added Mercari last April, and it's been pretty solid for me. Our number and makeup of listings is similar. I've sold 423 items, so that's an average of about 40 items a month. Definitely worth the effort of crosslisting; it's also a random mix of what sells there for me. I also started Depop when Kidizen went away and have sold 22 items in 2.5 months.
Love your What Sold videos. I am a part time reseller also and most of the other resellers I watch are full time resellers so I can relate a lot more with you!! I do sell on Mercari too. I don’t sell a lot, maybe only 1 or 2 a week but it’s super easy to list there so I just thought, why not.
Great what sold video...I am a part-time Maryland Reseller also...willing to share secrets if you're willing...I sell on Mercari ...started last March...was pretty good at first, then it tanked...still in the pits. I haven't listed anything new on Mercari in over a month, just not worth my time. I too have wondered about dabbling into live selling, but often wondered would I be selling my soul (haha!). I also stopped listing on Depop had only 22 sales from 3/24 to now (UGH!) Anyway great video.
Girl, I actually feel it is simpler to list in Mercari and I feel like my Mercari/eBay sales are better than Poshmark. But I am waiting for the end of month to actually tally it up and see. Love seeing you as always
Love your what sold videos. I list 5-8 a day on eBay, posh, Mercari and Depop. Clothes and shoes seem to do better on Depop for sure so if you are thinking about adding another platform Depop might be a good choice. I get about 2-3 sales a week on Mercari and probably the same or less on Depop but I am an everything seller and only crosslist clothes and shoes to Depop. The listing process is simpler on Mercari for sure. I don’t love the listing process on Depop.
Thanks so much for sharing your experience! I actually do/did sell on Depop, but I didn't give it much care and feeding and to be honest just kind of let it go dormant. I agree the listing process is annoying, so the time just wasn't work the effort when I wasn't selling much and people kept not paying lol. But maybe I should try to give it some life again with some trendy items. Its also really good to know Mercari seems to be simpler to list on. Perhaps that would be a good one to add if it wouldnt add too much extra time to my routine.
Hi!!! Yes, I do, although I didn't at first. I started with the smaller stores and then upgraded the store as my amount of items increased. I currently have a Premium Store and just upgraded to that a fee months back because I had outgrown the amount of items I could list for "free" each month.
Amazing sales Maria ! I hope mine pick up ! I love all your content ❤❤❤
Thank you!!! Yes, fingers crossed for good sales! 🤞

I have some listings on Mercari but I rarely sell anything there, although Ive had a bit of success with Depop lately!
Its so fun reading everyone's comments! Some are doing well on Depop and not Mercari, and some are the other way around! Lol
I don't sell on mercari but I do sell on Facebook marketplace shipped . I make a decent amount of sales there

Oh that's interesting, thanks for that feedback!!!
@@lifewithmarianicole I am struggling with the "slow" sales I have, I feel that I am pricing in the lower half of comps, but things just slowwwwwww

How many listings do you have?
I have just over 1400 listings.
Do you have an eBay store subscription? I am new. I only have 415 on Poshmark, 50 eBay and trying to decide if it’s worth it
