Great color.
I think it is a very nice color. I'm sure you will like it when you're finished. Great job, love all your builds. Thanks
You always see this car done in bright red, bright yellow, bright orange, or bright green. Maybe sometimes blue. It's sometimes boring to see the same kit in the same colour as everyone else has done. This is still a retro Lamborghini colour, it's very tasteful, and in my opinion it's awesome to see this kit done in something other than red / orange / yellow / green.
Fantastic work as usual!
every word,i agree, very period color....awesommmme choice
I think the color is amazing! Definitely not a mistake. I would call it a lucky break. It turned out great. I can't wait to see the rest of the build.
Its a Lamborghini its meant to be far out. People want conservative that is what Corolla's are for.
Haha what remarks the corolla for being conservative? Price tag is what differs right??
The green with silver trim looks fantastic, and you have done an excellent job applying it! Don't change it, its awesome!
The Miura was also paint in green, not this green, but she look great also with this colour.
Great work like every time Tom.
The color works really well on it.
I didn't think I was going to like the colour, but the clear coat and the silver really changed my mind about it. It certainly is a colour of its time and I would find it hard to imagine on a modern car. It's very Lamborghini in that if you could afford one, you'd want one that made heads turn. There's a person in the city that I live in, that has a hot pink Maserati. It screams: "I'm an expensive super car - look at me!" Lamborghini tend to be like that as well.
I’m a bit late as Part 2 came out, but I love that color. I do have a bias towards any green because of my current car, but it suits the “far out” look of the Miura. A funky color for a funky car!
I really like how the color turned out. A really nice tint for that car in my opinion.
The Miura is such an elegant looking car that this color really works on it.
I love the color. It captures the lines of the car and is much better than a sea of red or silver exterior paint choices. You made a good call!
That color with gold is super 60s, silver looks good too, I dig it
I've never seen a Lamborghini that color before, but the bottle actually had the name on it. So, they painted SOMETHING that color. I don't think it looks bad. I like the metal flake in it. I think it will turn out really nice.
I honestly really do like that color on this car! Can’t wait for another great build!
Love the green. It looks great with the silver and would have worked with gold as well. Looking forward to watching the rest of the build.
I think it may not be everyone's color. But i do find it very refreshing, and reminds me of mint....... So maybe give it some low profile wheels and light color interiors.
Good choice! This colour is a truly from the past, a real 60s colour, therefore it suits the car well. I could imagine a 60s rock star speeding on backroads in this thing. I still like to make this miura but then in the neon 'lime' green, that I found a great colour as well.
Very nice the green with silver trim looks good.
I like the green, it looks refreshing, it looks good.
You nailed the colour - it’s just your Dutch genes that make you want shades of grey.
I like the colour! And your channel as well! I'm subscribed! You inspired me to start building models again!
I think the colour is great, a proper 60's / 70's hue..... Looks cool to me. the silver base coat really makes it pop... I wonder what it would look like over gold!!
Beautiful color!!
Awesome color! Light brown leather interior.
top color ! Fits with the car. perhaps the gold collar at the bottom was also an option, along with goldcoat rims
I like the color. I think it works well that body. Can’t wait to see it finished.
You did a great job on the body. Great color choice
The colour looks really good
I actually really liked the very light coats where the primer was showing through
Kinda had a pearlescent look
No no, don't worry, it's a perfect color for a Miura. One of the only cars that can wear a color like that well. It's stunning!
I love this colour! It's not a mistake.
Great colour - love it and beautifully done
nice calm color blend you did....very beautiful so far.keep up the great work.
Man, you've mastered that airbrush! Dope! I'm going to start airbrushing my models soon.
personally, i think it looks great.. Beautiful work once again bud.. 👍👍
I think the colour is perfect for this build or any build for that matter!!
Hi Tom,
The color is unusual, but you applied it flawlessly. I have 2 different kits of the Lamborghini Miura Jota to build and will follow this series for guidance.
I really like the colour , looks so good
love that color , fits in with the body style of the car nicely
The colour is good. 👌
It looks very original in color and after a couple of coats on it with the silver on the bottom the color is pretty cool...
It's a change from the regular colors I would see people use on this car..
I think its a nice colour. I like it more before the clear coat, with that semi matt look
I'm rewatching this build because I'm about to build the exact same kit.
In metallic green.
I like the color, it fits the style of the car
This green is fantastic.
You make so nice models, your way how to do it is awesome, i am always eager to see the nest step. Cheers from Germany
Don't worry about it, it looks amazing and so does most of your subscribers agree.
I really like that green (also the light blue one that Tony Iommi used to have is quite nice and different from other Miuras), in the end I think you'll appreciate it more.
your on to something here....
That color looks great!
Great colour choice.
Love the colour, a great job as usual.
The colour looks fine.
Although I am not fond of green, this green looked great on this car.
Color looks good. Maybe some livery decals...?
I think the green is perfect for it. Seeing how that green covered I think you lucked out putting that silver base on. Only thing for me is I would have done the gold trim and wheels. However, either way, it’s going to an impressive period correct piece. Nice work!
I thought the same. Gold or titanium silver would have been a better combination with that green - to my taste that is :)
I think it's a gorgeous color!
Keep up the awesome work!
That color is awesome
I think that's a gorgeous color!
So beautiful color.
I think the colour works for the car . I might of gone for a brighter green myself but that's me good job keep up the good work
When I first saw it was that green I was a bit like "oh...."
But. It's a correct colour for the car. It looks fantastic, really. But I'd have gone with the gold on the body and the wheels. Green and gold look great together, especially these beautiful cars. Few cars a truly beautiful to me, but these certainly are.
This could be my new favourite build of yours!
Having lived through the sixties (albeit at a rather young age), I think the color is far out man. That said, as you started spraying on the second coat of silver, I’d fallen in love with that color for this body shape, but like you said, it’s nice to step outside the normal color range occasionally. Well done once again!
I know this is late comment but I am new to your channel. I first watched your final build video of this model in the blue color. I heard you comment about the model being green before it was painted blue. I had to see the green as you mentioned people liked the green. I like the blue but I have to say that this a beautiful green color. I think this green is very unique and of the period.
Hell yeah man. I like that color. You did a killer job 👍
It is a nice color, definitely not a mistake.
personally I like the color but then again I was born in 1962 and 56 so that's my era I particularly like the Lamborghini Miura and I'm curious what the rest of the model will look like well done
Nice painting 👌
I think it is perfect! I get tired of seeing the same old boring red, yellow, orange, and hell, even black. It's too common. I like to see colors like this. It makes me stop and say WOW! Nice color choice! I bought a whole bunch of scale finishes paints because I like variety. I just painted a revell Dodge Challenger in Voodoo blue- a Toyota color- because it pops and is a very vibrant blue. Not some boring color like red or black or yellow. The reason I love your builds is that you are not afraid to think outside of the box on color choices. You even carry that into the interiors. But, this just my opinion. Ultimately, the choice is yours to make and your choice only. I'll watch your videos, no matter what color you choose.
Or was it a Honda color???
I don't mind that green at all, I've seen Miura's in real life in that colour and it is really nice in the sunlight, I've seen it with both the silver and gold contrast and I prefer the silver. I can tell that you aren't convinced though!
Awesome color!
The colour was used on a Lamborgini in that era
So it looks great
my dad and i did restore a miura sv in a very similar green and on the full size car with gold accents looked good, problem for your model was the red plastic to start with would have been better to prime it in matt black and then an aluminium colour as the cars were made of 6061 alloy
Great color !
Hey, that´s a nice color combination, kind of candy look, may be because of the metallic silver underneath, I would love to have this color in my paint shelf
I think it looks cool. Perfect Color for this Car! No mistakes... Greetings from Germany.
West Coast Garage sieht schon irgendwie geil aus.
It looks good its different there is nothing wrong with that 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Love the color! I had an awesome Corghi Lamborghini Muira that color as a kid! Would be interesting to see with the Gold accents/wheels that Lamborghini used in those:-)
The colour is actually pretty good I think
Tom, you made the right choice!!! fantastic color. why always a "safe"color.?? this one is perfect.
Who said anything about safe :P ;)
I like nice finished great job
I really like the Verde Aqua colour. Ill be using it myself on a lambo
Love the color!!
love that colour, hurry up with next vid please
Still an amazing color!
These cars are best in red/gold BUT the color you used is beautiful and goes best with the silver trim in my opinion...
Love this colour
Cool colour 👍
I dont see a problem. The colour is perfect.
looks good, I had a 69 Mach 1 Mustang that was about the same color
when i'm drawing cars i always think that i'm messing up or something is wrong but when the drawing is done i look at those parts and they really look nice and i was worried for no reason at all
just wait till your build is finished and then you will find out if the paint is good or not
I like the color. Very unusual for Ferrari and for the builds. Enjoyed the video
I like the color! It matches to the car and the time, the car is from. And hey, it could be worse: PINK! :D
oe, no no no! naughty you! very bad!!! don't implant those ideas in my head!
i like the green its a nice color
Color looks good Tom. I think it has a vintage feel to it. Perhaps maybe it is a shade too dark and you had hoped for a brighter shade?
Not my first choice in colors. But actually it fits the car pretty well. Looks good.
Love the color
Wtf I love the color!! Came out nice imo
I love the color
