I’ve been using your videos to understand runes I’ve been pulling. I’ve been going through a very tough time in my life; lots of depressed time and crying. And definitely shutting down of emotions. I’ve lived most of my life behind a wall. I pulled Mannaz inverted and your explanation hit so hard, it alone made me cry. Thank you for making these and helping process what I’m going through. This is going to be my toughest lesson to learn and change about myself. This rune shined light on the darkest parts of myself that I didn’t really know were there. Oh boy this is gonna hurt!
This was the best explanation of Mannaz I've ever heard. I had always (wrongly) thought of certain runes as more important than others. Maybe because I learned Tarot first with the major and minor arcana. Now I have so much more food for thought.

Very deep and beautiful explanation of rune mannaz, really enjoyed it. I also believe that its form of the two runes wunjo reflected is the two persons, friends, couple that can heal each other by working together, reflecting one into the other. Finding ourselves inside the other person is one of the ways for healing deeply our soul. This is what I have learned long time ago since the first group I have worked with, in my path of self growth. Tack så mycket Arith!

It seems to me that you would not be able to offer such a trenchant analysis of humanity if you were completely cut off from your feeling. On a personal note, after a tough childhood I had cut myself off from all feelings but I was lucky enough to discover a path back. For me it was tai chi, but I think any form of contemplative movement that grounds you back in your body is very beneficial.

Well, Arith. It took just under 3 months for your “prediction” to manifest. I am hoping that the death isn’t literal. Maybe not having feelings is the price for having such a phenomenal gift.
Wow I believe my life now is in the Mannaz upside down due to an accident/illness that has stopped me from utilizing my talents that brought me joy and income. I think it’s time to tattoo the Mannaz upright! Change is needed as well as figuring out a new path and how may I be of service to others. thank you Arith!
Mannaz rune tells us that when you have a wife, its not that she gets tired of you, or you get tired of her, its that you got tired of each other. So, its a representation of being an individual. Not being selfish.

I am determined to get fully caught up on all the mythology of the blood that runs through my body (or at least 85-90% the rest is all celtic and slavic. So I had never really been able to connect to the protestant church's Sunday School my parents brought us to..until we went to a sermon in the main church on thanksgiving day or something of that giving generous nature which basically went from being a family celebration of holoday to a humorously obvious shaming of us and our peers in the room for not giving more to the church. Discovering cycles came first after intuition, lately my whole world just opened all the doors. Now I again prepare for my next upcoming destruction. I really feel like its getting easier to recover from my big mouth and the realization of my constant overstepping and pushing and pushing and pushing for growth and understanding and connection. I still forget to breath sometimes, even though whenever I have been concious of this i feel like i have super powers or super psychic powers. I dont know why I feel like i am not ready yet to fully stay in that state, but I think its obvious it will someday soon become a personal state of being. I used to always love attempting to find one new thing to learn from each and every person I ever encountered. This more recent spiritual awakening kind of took me away from that interest outside of myself. At some point I became mystified by my connection with nature or my own mind, but I really miss having that wonder that goes beyond being polite. That eagerness to experience a unique gift from an unknowing donor! Mmmm..good memory to hold onto agian. I feel you with the feelings confusion. I have also denied my emotions. I lost a goddess and I think she brought them back to me. I knew her spirit was still with me, but my gods..not having her body around to pull my arm and squeeze it against her heart while lying by my side in bed everynight.. and not being able to physically speak with each other as we had became fluent at understanding exactly what we would each say to the other across the species boundary.. because the communication was so far beyond communication of symbolism through the mind. We found our own heart language that she was able to use to teach me so much i had been missing on my own self healing practice. Before her teachings, I was disconnected and alone and stuck. With her passing helped to once and for all feel utter sorrow for the absence of someone you cooperated so well with in life. Even with having no doubt or fear at all about where she is now, I still couldnt help randomly sobbing as I appreciate missing that learning time to interact together and appreciate each other as much as I could ever imagine being able to while she was alive. I still missed so much I could have done better to keep her healthy. But she believed it was more important to save me than to prolong her own life and thats just what she did. It is always such a peculiar type of crying
I've watched this video atleast 5 times and I still don't understand what Mannaz means. I've even tried writing it down. but it's too confusing. I don't know what's going on with me. Maybe I understand better when It's a bit more simplified like the previous video's. Idk.

do you think it means something if a rune vanishes? i dropped my book that had them all on there and only 1 is missing. i tore my entire room apart looking for it and i am convinced its in the void. it was the mannaz rune. oddly enough i had pulled it earlier and was meditating on it. i guess ill just use wyrd for mannaz for now haha. i really want to find it but i feel like its gone.
I got to thinking, off the subject of this video but when it comes to the tarot cards & the fool symbolizing someone on a spiritual journey in essence it kind of symbolizes odin on his journey of wisdom & is the most important card of the deck PS was only 15 minutes in to the video when i commented, so this isnt off the subject cus we are the fool on our journey
