Lego Pick a Brick Wall: Is It Worth It?

You've seen it at your local Lego store. The giant wall at the back filled with bricks and bricks, ready for you to take home. But, is it worth it? I purchase my first container's worth, pack it to the brim, and then tally up what it would have cost me if I bought the bricks individually. The results might surprise you.

Next time, if they have 2x4 brick. Make a cube with 4 and stick it into the top of the cover.

They had wagon wheels when I went again, and I stuffed them into the top. I'll definitely keep the cube trick in mind for next time.
