After completing a PhD in Defence and Strategic Studies, can a person join Ministry of External Affairs?Because Defense has a lot to do with Foreign Policy and Diplomacy.
@@samikchabiswa677 in graduation it is provided in Bsc and BA according to merit on basis of class 12th marks or through entrance exam and after in masters (MA) it'll be according to merit of graduation marks and then in PhD it'll be on basis of entrance or NET JRF
