I’ve tried out the website expecting it to be amazing but I don’t know if it’s just me but the app doesn’t show me my videos when I press play after removing the background it completely glitches out and doesn’t really let me do anything, if anyone know how to fix this please tell me.

so to produce a transparent video you MUST USE ADOBE PREMIER PRO, export. Kapwing WILL ONLY DO WHITE BCKGROUNDS. no alpha output available with kapwing. i just dont understand why they did not answer my questions 4 months ago.

on the right side there should be a section titled layers, click on your video title under layers and you should be able to see the effects tab! just had same problem
Listen Kawping, IT AIN'T WORKING PROPERLY ANYMORE. THe magic wand just won't respond to my clicks anymore and goes crazy removing the wrong pixels and selecting the wrong parts of the picture. you need to be fixing this, as it has become UNUSABLE not just for me but for most users.
I only want to remove one background section of my video. How do I do that? The section only goes for a few seconds but I want to keep the rest of the other backgrounds in the video
Here's the issue, basically I select the background of the picture to remove with the Magic Wand. Magic Wand gets a null value and starts freaking out selecting everything and modifying the sensitivity by itself, without me doing anything, then reverts back to magic wand even tho I already selected it and removes the wrong pixels every time. STOP, this thing doesn't do job anymore. I'm not sure what went wrong out there when you developed this magic wand, but it has gained some sort of AI that controls it everytime I try to make use it.
