As someone who suffers with imposter syndrome a lot and anxiety in most places but especially the workplace. I love the respect between the ladies and the fact CH allows the women to flourish. I personally feel like a healthy environment allows people to express themselves regardless of the status. I wish i could be myself and brave like these ladies. I love skincare and everything about it and after watching this adore Caroline more for being a proper boss lady.

My bugbear is skincare brands using a country for aesthetic purposes,then you dig deeper and discover the company is american and get none of their ingredients from a pure Icelandic unpolluted fjord as they claim.
The problem I’ve had for years, and still have, is how are consumers supposed to know if a formula is good or not? That’s Right! We will never know….super frustrating.
The comment on extracts in perfumery is highly misleading. Anyone without perfumery training in raw materials, i.e. the vast majority of customers, will not be able to detect the difference between say, using Indian jasmine and using jasmine from Grasse in a fragrance. Furthermore, the increased concentration of an absolute or essence does not mean that that fragrance will have better longevity or sillage as it pertains to that note or smell more 'natural.' If you ever smell an absolute, you will notice it does not smell natural because solvent extraction or steam distillation does not give you something with the exact formula as if the plant were alive. You need to reconstitute the smell with synthetics. Whether something smells natural depends on the skill of the perfumer, not how many naturals are used or their concentration.
