Thank you for enlightening us, for sure Ugandans have done more harm than good in destroying the image of Uganda outside and inside country through social media, hope people will learn something from such conferences and change the attitude towards the pearl of Africa through positive communication, what has enabled Rwanda to take off economically is being positive and having their country at heart wherever they are, they leave their political differences aside and concentrate on developmental projects, Ugandans talk much and work less, something that has slowed down our development...
even those countries you are proud of have even bigger corruption scandals but you will never see them trending in the new, ask yourself why? image protection so please let's draft a law protecting dignity of our country 🇺🇬
The opposition people in Uganda have done a lot to tarnish the image of our mother land blindly thinking that they are punishing the current regime, not knowing that they are destroying image of Uganda and Ugandans world wide, hence, discouraging the would be investors and tourists to come to our country, thus retarding our economic growth
Oli stupid even… how good is the Ugandan image? Should people not show what Uganda really is because you want to show the world a fake image of the country?
Yes, true, this is a very bad problem with Uganda Media and bloggers give out bad image with only negativity about Uganda to the world instead of promoting the country of it's goodness to the world.
Some Ugandans think soiling the country hurts just the government. There's no winner in a sinking boat; all sides are equally affected with the bad image.
President Museveni should promote the brigadier to a major general then appoint him as permanent secretary and deputy head of public service in charge of performance delivery (projects). Mr. President you won't be disappointed.
Good discussion and there is nothing important at this stage to promote our nation . Yes we all should play our role and part to improve the image of the country. Of course the government will take serious actions on those corrupt officials across all sectors otherwise we risk having the future of our children born corrupt and living corrupt lives.
So madam u want Ugandans to keep quite when people are suffering? Or do u want the so called investors to come and discover by themselves? And how are the locals even benefits from u guys?

That's our responsibility as Ugandans, not the president only, we should hold all leaders accountable at all levels, we should stop criticising everything and provide solutions to the prevailing problems, the blame game won't take us anywhere, at one time president Kennedy said that; dont ask what has the country done for me rather ask what have I done for my country...
