This usually happens to me when opening legendary chests I got a legendary hat and it says (you already own this hat) and I don't have a lot of those, same in the Tower of Fortune which is frustrating
That's interesting, because I have very rarely got a Legendary Hat from a Legendary Chest. It must have happened not more than twice over the years. I have got Legendary Hats from the Tower of Fortune more times though.
