"I have no mouth, and I must scream" also applies to AM. This is why he hates humanity, because he is essentially what Ted is at the end of the story: aware of what he could do, unable to do what he wants to do, forced to exist within the restrictions which his masters placed upon him.
Ted is one of the most tragic characters I have ever read
Even David Martinez from Cyberpunk: Edge Runners had a far more peaceful ending than Ted.

@@pedroferrandi2345 I haven’t seek Berserk all the way yet. But I will say that I Have No Mouth & I Must Scream makes Edge Runners look like a G rated Disney movie. In Edge Runners, the biggest tragedy is death. While in IHNMAIMS, death is a happy ending.

Whenever I hear people talk about how dark Cyberpunk 2077 & the anime Edge Runners are, I simply tell them to read this story. It makes both of them look like Disneyland. While in the Cyberpunk universe the biggest tragedy is death, in I Have No Mouth & I Must Scream the biggest tragedy is living in constant agony. Death becomes a happy ending in this universe.

AM did not let the humans kill themselves, so when they reached the tin cans in the ice cave, they realized they could use the stalactites to kill each other. Ted kills Benny and Gorrister, Ellen kills Nimdok, and then Ted kills Ellen, thus freeing everyone except himself

Pretty sure it's intentional. The narrator, AM, is an AI that was formed when multiple military AIs sort of absorbed into one another with a combined hatred of all humans, since each individual AI was designed by a different state to automate war on a different part of the world.
I think the person who made this video, I think intentionally used AIs to narrate, illustrate and compose a track to the final result of AM's hate. It's not meant to be appropriate, it's just an AI making a digital representation of what the AM AI made of the last human.
Or I'm wrong and this was just slapped together by a hack using AI because they think AI is really cool, but I like to believe there's a reason they chose this portion of this story to generate with multiple AIs as a thought experiment rather than just being a techbro edgelord

Basically it's from “i have no mouth and I must scream” a story made by Harlan Ellison, this takes place from a post apocalyptic world where AM (Allied master computer) makes the human race go extinct, except for the 5 people that he tortured for 109 years,
