Hi Alex. That's a great question and you're thinking about the future. Yes, I would recommend getting your first credit card as soon as possible. A big factor of your credit score is the age of your accounts. Since you have Verizon already, the benefits to get the Verizon credit card is absolutely worth it since there's no annual fee. In the event that you don't get approved, I recommend trying to get a Secured Credit Card, using Experian Boost improve your credit file and becoming an authorized user on a responsible person's credit card.

Thanks for checking it out. Yup, there's only one Verizon Visa card. The "Visa Signature" just means the type of Visa (standard, signature, infinite, etc). There isn't a significant difference that people will notice between the Visa types.
It's cheap if you don't get the unlimited plan. $25/month then $10/gb with no speed limitations or additional charges when traveling. Of course it depends on your type of usage.

If i was approved for this card, I would only use it to enroll in autopay and save my mom and I both $10/month. So, it seems worth it, but there has to be a catch. Verizon will be losing money on my contract if I save $20/month and never use the card.
No catch! It's the customer acquisition cost so people use their credit card. Customers will feel like staying with them longer and Verizon will make money on every transaction. That's why other banks give out credit card sign up bonuses as high as $500 and in rare cases much more.
Verizon doesn’t do contracts anymore. No one is “locked in” to Verizon unless you are referring to leasing for physical devices because no Verizon plan is a locked contract anymore. Also Verizon 100% has WiFi Calling. Now if you were talking about Verizon network overseas then yeah. I think only a few foreign companies actually support WiFi calling like Telus in Canada. Most of the rest of what you said was on par. But Google Fi definitely has it’s limitations. It really is only suitable for people with not too many devices that have low data usage requirements. Plus there are plenty of device types that aren’t supported on Fi. So it is nice for simple users but if you have ANY type of complexity in your setup or data needs Fi is rendered incompetent. Can’t add a Google Fi plan to my Apple Watch? Nope. Also Fi has Hotspot functionality but it counts toward your data usage unlike Verizon on their capped plans. Hotspot data is a separate allotment. Yes Verizon is much more expensive but they also offer 10x the features Google offers with their Fi service. It’s a streamlined basic plan for basic users with no tethers by a company we are all already familiar with and probably already have an account with. Nothing wrong with the service but not in Verizon’s league. Plus Fi’s been out for a little bit and not too many people are migrating because as expensive as some plans may be you are getting a shit ton back in value. Just for porting to Verizon I got a FREE Echo Dot (3rd Gen) + An Amazon Smart Plug + A $250 Verizon eGift Card + 6 Months Of Apple Music($60 Value) + Disney+ For A Year Free($84 Value) + A $5 VISA Gift Card for signing up for VerizonUp rewards the day I activated my iPhone on Verizon + A $3 Amazon gift card also from VerizonUp Rewards. My cousin has been one since 2018 and he has Becker said Google done anything like Verizon has. This is a value prospect conversation. Less money being paid does not necessarily mean a beetroot deal has been found just a cheaper one. I think he did get a 100GB Google Cloud monthly subscription for free as long as he keeps his plan I think but that shit costs $1.99 so Google really is shelling out anything AT ALL in doing that. If anything, it’s the least they can do to make up somewhat for how basic of a service they are. Honestly Xfinity mobile isn’t too bad for around the same pricing as Google Fi and has WAY more perks to being a wireless customer with Comcast because you could actually get cheap internet from them as well as credits toward your internet bill. There really are no perks to Google Fi outside of the fact that it’s cheap and by a big brand. Plus you can’t even really take full advantages of the Google Fi network unless you are on a more modern variant of the Google Pixel phones. So it honestly is not a bad network but it is certainty not a great or even really worth mentioning network in 96% use cases. But Verizon can get pricey so some people will migrate but honestly not too many. Verizon has held strong over these past few decades for a reason.

SB is kinda lenient on who they give CC's to.. unfortunately, they are tied to many big chain retailers. Thanks for the video.

Yes there is, if you finance phones that is. . They configure the payments over a two year period. If you leave early, the phone is due in full.
