You're right, they will need chemistry but it's not a completely new coaching staff. HC Colzie was the Assistant HC/DB coach and the DC was the Co-DC and DLine coach. The OC was the Co-OC and Line coach.
The RB coach is also the Recruiter bringing in the players now. The WR coach and TE coach are also the same as well. 2 coaches left and 3 came in.
They should be able to at least put talent teams again enough to at least reach the SWAC championship...vs PV...again.
