The thing I like about geordie is that you can always count on him to give props and respect where it’s due to either side. A lot of people have been highly underestimating Alex because jj is putting himself on the highest pedestal possible. And for that simple reason, I honestly hope Alex surprises everyone on the night. That being said, of course I do believe jj will ultimately win.

The difference between the two is Alex has nothing to lose while JJ has everything to lose. Even if Alex puts on an amazing performance against JJ if he wins or not is already an L for JJ. If Alex makes it to the judges then JJ will get clowned on more than Alex.

The thing is, JJ said the same sort of stuff before fighting Logan (both times), he said his previous fights weren't reflective of his level of boxing and that he's going to show more technique etc but he doesnt really do it. Will be interesting to see if he actually does show a greater level of skill/technique or if he'll revert back to brawler

@@joshentertainment2 tbh I think JJ will start the fight in a more improved style but I think if Alex can hit him with a hard shot and rock JJ a little bit then we’ll start to see some of those chaotic windmills that he’s always done and if that starts to happen then I think Alex has a decent chance to maybe snatch the W. Basically I think JJ will win if he keeps composure after being hit with clean shots, of course that’s if Alex is able to hit any clean shots.

I like alexs demeanor, he is laid back and doesn't get worked up and emotional either, is isn't to attached to the drama or internet personalities, I personally prefer this type of character from people because it shows more emotional maturity and better class of character although I know 90% of this stuff is just for the camera anyway

I feel the contrast between JJ and Alex shows just how much he's putting on a character. His earlier fights had a more theatrical nature so the character fit it. In this one it just looked extra even though it's the same as before

Alex completely won this exchage. Didn’t engage in the childish back and forth. Listened and pointed out a couple of things in his favour. He’s even close to getting the fight to be in his weight class

It'll only be strategic if KSI's cut is rough. If he manages to cut and not gain any cut related weaknesses, then his rehydration will immediately backfire for Wasabi.
Ksi came off a little manic and way too ego driven in this press conference for me. Some of the points he has made didn't make sense either like Alex being an easy fight and then using Alex to prove that he is the A-side to Jake Paul which doesn't make sense at all

That point made perfect sense. He is saying that if he gets more views against a TH-camr than Jake does against an actual boxer like everyone has been asking for, then that shows he is the A-side between those two and he should be the one to call the shots in negotiations for that reason. He made that very clear, not sure which part you don't understand.

The reason KSI is saying he’s wanting to take Alex to deep waters and “play with him” is because he knows Alex is going to be a lot tougher. He’s only saying that because he won’t be able to knock him out in round 1 and no one can clown him for it.

I remember my brother watching Wasabi productions back in the day so seeing Alex with Roy again in that picture was so cool. Roy has gone on to have over 10 million subscribers in a super short period of time and Alex has become a fascinating superstar in this pre fight boxing interview. Time flies by

Alex normally does those movements even in regular interviews and it was some Vidcon or something on stage where he did the same thing so it's just his mannerisms and good if he teaches his body to relax at all times.

At the end of the day, JJ knows how to sell tickets and entertain, as does Logan and many other TH-camrs during face offs. However, it was clear that Wasabi was expected to read the room and meet JJ’s energy, but he did not. Which is why JJ came across as dominating the discussion and wasabi came across as disengaged (that, and he has adhd). Realistically, resources or not, they both train hard. But JJ is naturally a heavier weight class and more experienced, even when he gets down to Wasabi’s weight class he will still have the strength of his previous weight class. The odds are JJ will win.
With being a home crowd I think the only way Alex can win is with a KO, which I can’t see happening. That being said, despite me rating JJ big time, it would be legendary if Alex done something spectacular.

Here’s my prediction.
With the ring rust, the first two rounds are gonna look scary for KSI fans. I don’t think people realize how bad the ring rust will affect JJ.
Not saying JJ won’t have success but the first two rounds will probably go into Alex’s’ favor or maybe just the first round.
But I really do think JJ will win. And I think he’ll win by UD or TKO maybe even KO.
I don’t think Alex has been hit as hard and the weight gain will take a toll. But it won’t be as easy as people say, Alex will surprise people as will JJ.
Like Geordie said, Alex will surprise people but as the fight goes on it’ll lean into JJs favor.
