On 2:01 you show that you placed additional 2 era 100 on stands on the sides of the couch but I don't see that they are connected to the electricity there. the closest wall is the wall that on the left side of the person on the couch and If you connect the era 100 to this wall there is going to be cable on the floor. How do you recommend us to deal with that? Thanks!

Hi, what does error 1,101 mean while doing setup for my beam gen 2? This shows after I have connected the speaker and mobile phone to same wifi network. Please help
Just spent a large amount for this beam 2. Set it up in the app, got a message that it needed to update, did that. Got an error message that it failed. Now I can’t connect to it anymore. Hard reset doesn’t work either. When powering it on, it flashes white and then stays solid. App still doesn’t show it or find it. I don’t know what to do. None of the troubleshoots have worked. So frustrating when I was looking forward to this all week. What should I do, this absolutely ridiculous
@@jeroenelsenga1258 it's not , you need an apple device to set it up , once done android phones can switch it on and off but it can re tune it only apple
Hi there! Trueplay is available on all fully-supported iOS or iPadOS devices (with some exceptions.) Android devices and devices running beta versions of iOS or iPadOS can use the Quick Tuning function of Trueplay, if available. Quick Tuning is currently supported by Era 100 and Era 300. If you don't have a supported device, you can borrow one from someone else to Trueplay your products. As long as your Sonos products stay in the same location, Trueplay only needs to be completed once per product. You can read more about Trueplay compatibility here: support.sonos.com/article/trueplay-compatible-devices-and-sonos-products Hope this information is helpful!
Hi there! During the stereo pairing process in the Sonos app, you choose which speaker acts as the left and which speaker acts as the right. If the speakers are already stereo paired, an easy way to check which is left and which is right is to adjust the L/R balance under the EQ settings in the Sonos app. Hope this information is helpful. Let us know if you have additional questions.
Guys, who at Sonos thought that not putting an On OFF button was a good idea ? How can I listen my TV through the TV speaker without unplugging the Sonos Beam. Maybe I am missing something. I don’t want to listen the TV with the bar all the time.
I don’t know what you did in the last update but I’m on my 2nd beam gen2 and the sound is awful! Just try listening to anything with crowd noise like a match or running water (like a waterfall) in the background. Noise is extremely distorted, lacking depth and almost painful. It used to be perfect!! FYI I had a gen 1 and it was flawless. I also have a sub. Please undo whatever mess you made in the last update or give users more control over sound profiles! EQ is too basic

@@sonos I appreciate the quick reply however I already spent an evening with support that amounted to: turn trueplay on/off and reset the soundbar. They sent a replacement but the same audio issue. I was just watching “Friends” And the laugh track was especially distorted. It sounds like the sound is coming down a plastic pipe: lots of reverb, tinny and artificial. I really think this is a firmware issue, I heard the latest update was to boost speech clarity? Well it’s totally ruined the full soundstage Sonos used to have. At this point I think I’ll just sell my Beam and sub and get a proper home cinema setup
Utterly useless...this refers to when you add beam to your system. With the disastrous current Sonos app it took us hours to reconnect our system to a new network in new house, then we recently unplugged the beam and now it doesn't connect with TV. The whole point of Sonos is it should connect and work. Good speakers are pointless if you can't use them
STRONGLY dislike that I have to use WIFI with the speaker. I can NOT get mine to connect. I've bought it literally yesterday from BestBuy. The APP FAILS to assist. I wanted to throw the thing and its brand spanking new. The APP by the way sucks! No use!
Useless vid since latest update. Doesn’t connect to TV anymore and the app is now rubbish. Time delays in music & controls. Sonos keeps getting worse and worse

Hi, great vid! But I don’t know where the EQ settings are and the volume is too low on my beam gen 2. I have no surround speakers.
If I get a new tv, is it just a case of plugging Beam into new tv as beam is already connected to Sonos app?
Do you have to keep the 2nd white cable plugged in..
Still hoping for an update that allows us to add front LR speakers 🙏🏾
The deal with a sound bar is it serves as front left, right, and center speakers.
