The grenade launcher is actually an amazing weapon if you switch to your other weapon quickly enough.
I thought the grenade launcher was terrible too, until I learned how to use it right. This is why I refrain from calling weapons _the_ worst, unless if it's completely unanimous.

Rocket launcher is really not that bad but the only downside to it is that it takes so long to reload, but the positive side it is one shot and some ones dead

In defense of the grenade launcher... its a mainstay in my loadout because of the higher versatility than the rpg. Its two shots to kill and is an area weapon, which means pushing through narrow choke points is impossible. Its niche maybe, but not bad.
