I was born in Zebegény ages ago and passed there the most free, happy and beautiful childhood I could desire. I recognise all the places, there are new edifices but the village did not change too much. Received the video from my son and will keep it like a treasure. Thank you very much.
I think I went to this village by mistake in 2004. Got on the wrong train for Vienna. Jumped off here & tried to ask locals for directions but couldn't find anyone who spoke English & Magyar is such a unique language, I couldn't muddle my way through. In the end I just jumped on the next train heading back to Budapest. It was a shame I was so hungover that day & was trying to get somewhere as this village looks very pretty!
I've been to Hungary on two occasions and it's a nice/ quaint country. Meat was delicious but the language impossible to master 😅😅😅😅 I would go back any time
Yes we do. Ny together is a letter on its own and forms a special sound different from the letter n. Not pronouncing the y from the ny would only make n sound which is wrong in the case of Zebegény. Ny together is something similar to the spanish ñ as is mañana.

Long live Hungary. It is my second country. I was a soldier in Polgardi for two years. I love you very much.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😅😅😅😅😅
Nice village.
The locals take great pride in keeping their homes and village so clean and cared for! Well done!
You have presented the scenes beautifully
Thanks for this lovely video, I used to spend many summer holidays at our friend's cottage on the hills, greetings from Canada 🇨🇦

I can hear crickets, must be warm. I though the outskirts of Budapest was like the Aussie outback. Full of crazy dogs.
I would like to live there.
I am a peace lover.
