Hello Precious, Good to have you here. There are two kinds of placements in the UK; paid and unpaid placement. But in most cases, your placement will be for just 2-3 days of the week. So you will still have enough time for your part time jobs.

If I'm coming for a 2yr course, when can I apply for a full time job? Is it immediately I land UK or wait for the following year since it's a 2 yr course. Thanks
I will recommend you start applying to your preferred university from February/March. So you can get your conditional admission letter early enough to start the whole processing

For a 2 years program, you will be required to pay IHS for 2 years and tuition fee balance for 2 years as stated on your CAS But for living expenses, you’re required to provide for 9 months
