It's absurd to me how the South Australian government can just about arbitrarily demand for you to pay fees on products you have already paid for in full to continue owning them. On top of paying them fees, they make you purchase a firearms safe and a firearms license to continue owning a toy gun that was completely fine to own before they decided to just change their minds on a whim.
You guys in SA are so lucky to be allowed the opportunity to partake in this amazing sport someone with a weight issue like me has no chance of participating as the sport is completely banned where I live. I have to force myself to go to the gym to loose weight when I could be partaking in this amazing sport where I would get fit loose a ton of weight. I got absolutely no interest in football lol be responsible have fun and love and cherish your sport everyone in SA and QLD because I'd give anything to have this sport legalised where I live.
I feel terrible for you guys in Western Australia. I don't understand how they cant even do what they did here in SA. It's an annoying and expensive process but at least we can still play. I hope it gets turned around soon!
Registering a firearm is a once off $40 payment per firearm but a firearms license needs to be renewed and a fee payed every term. Can pay 4 years in advance I believe.
Remember a time where a toy could be played with by child and man alike? C'mon, Are we seriously going to have to protest by carrying a matchbox car on us?
Dude just be happy you can have them. South Australia police has worked in every ones favour to make sure licencing and legal ownership is available. Western Australia on the other hand has outright banned them with no possibility of a firearm licence. Would U rather live in a state where there are no laws or regs. In other words just totally banned without the opportunity to get a licence or would U rather live in a state where you can actually still own them on some level. Of course me personally I'd rather live in Queensland where you don't even need a licence but just be great full you don't live in western Australia. Over there there banned even with a licence. Stop winging and enjoy what little freedom we still have left.
@@product-reviews1234 Why do we have to sit idly by while what little freedom wastes away? In Western Australia, they didn't criminalise people by changing the law for a non-reason.
I can't believe they are doing this for things they themselves would call toys. We will have airsoft, and all of it soon I am sure. We just need to stand up for it and get more people into it. I've always said we need a bunch of military guys to get into it, one word from them the gov would flip the coin on gel blaster/airsoft laws I bet.
Man can't believe that's an entire process just to own and play with Gel Blasters :(
Yep it is quite a process :(
Move to WA or where I live then you'll be great full for the laws in SA
