@@medvezilla Thanks anyway. I still have the PS1 game so I dug out the case, checked the game's booklet and it says a 'Gary Mckill' was in charge of in-game music. Having searched on TH-cam it looks like he made music for other games like F1 2000 and Destruction Derby. I would say he is most likely the producer
