This is so perfect to put up on my TV in an otherwise dark bedroom, for my 3 month old to sleep to while I read a book. I love looking up every now and again and enjoying the peaceful winter scenery. Helps me feel more in tune with nature even though I rarely leave the house these days.
I live on the outskirts of town in this small but nice house next to a stream of fresh water flowing past it on into the river across the way is a small park and right now its snowing and all is covered in the beautiful white snow, inside my house i have the fireplace going and the whole house is as warm as it can be and I'm sitting at the window overlooking the river stream drinking a hot cup of fresh coffee and listening to some old classic rock music from the 60's and 70's just relaxing on a cold snowy day, my house is small but I have everything I need,a living room, a dining room,a kitchen,a bath room and a bed room, its just me,my wife and our pets cat Spiffy & dog Hermy they are the only ones we have living with us as our children are all grown up and live elsewhere, we moved here from town about 9 years ago & have been here ever since & town is just eight miles away and it's not like we're in the middle of knowhere, my wife is in the bed room watching TV and both Spiffy & Hermy are with her and I'm still sitting here by the window and watching the snow fall outside and the water flowing by, still listening to old rock music on the radio and relaxing its very beautiful out there tonight but it is also quite cold, but I'm nice and warm and very comfortable & it doesn't get any better than this, we have plenty of food and supplies here so we don't have to get out in the cold weather, the kids only visit when it's warm outside as they perfer to live in the city with their families instead of the country, well its getting late so take care and God Bless.

it's incredibly inexpensive to stay there. You can get a beautiful room in town for under $35 per night USD. The hardest part physically and financially, is getting there, but boy, if you can get there, you can stay for a looooong time on the cheap and take the train all over Europe. it's a fantastic place!

My family owns some property in the country. It has a log cabin and a barn. Behind the barn there is a creek. This is what it sounds like in the winter. Wonderful video, thank you, it reminds me of home.
