I never understood why those jokes were funny. We got screwed over by a giant scam. Almost 3k people died, they set explosives on the buildings. It was a cover-up and a way to convince people that the patriot act needed to happen. Also got people to get hyped up for a never ending war. None of it is funny.
She didn't recreate a disaster, stop being dramatic. It's her free speech, she can make jokes. That said, it would have been better if she stayed in the kitchen.
It's considered fine if it's the victim who water down or make jokes about their misfortune or tragedies since it's a way to look forward or positively to the future, a somewhat healthy coping mechanism per se. But if it is the perpetrators or someone close to that who makes fun of your misfortune, then that's absolutely disgusting behavior. If an American make funny jokes for it, that would be funny, but if it's those other people who did, well, you know. That's my opinion on it.

I would like to point out like in other videos, Frogan was only banned for 30 days supposedly for hateful comments or her twitchcon actions and only after public backlash, meanwhile a Vtubers gets perma banned just for showing less skin than some of the the non-vtuber streamers.

I seen women that are serious gaming streamers being banned for making an extremely light sexual joke for the first time in half a year. Meanwhile actual sex workers doing striptease, pools and mainly sexual content to market their onlyfans. They dont even get a temporary suspension. This is not only vtubers problem. This is overall twitch problem that been happening for at least 5 years. Word equality is not in vocabulary for Twitch, and there is zero morals behind their actions. They only do what they think will give them positive social points for marketing purposes. They happily perma ban a black guy that being harassed by a racist stream-sniper because it removes the problem out right, without needing to spend time to review what actually happened. And nobody would be the wiser, because nobody knows or cares that a small streamer with 10 viewers disappeared. The only reason you mostly see news about v-tubers right now is because this is that time of the year where twitch chose a specific group to crusade against, and there fore affecting bigger more known streamers from that group. Next month they will change their pretend morals again, to fit the next narrative trend.

The problem for twitch has always been the selective enforcement of their TOS. The moment they ban someone they don't like, people they do like that are worse about TOS violations gets pointed out. It sucks for twitch to have to hold to the standards they set to trip up the people they don't want on their platform.

When banned subs don't refresh, a 30 day ban is essentially resetting your account.
These are the same people that stacked all the cards in their ToS against V-Tubers, and a V-Tuber still managed to be their #1 streamer.
