Yo that backyard analogy went way to hard I'm taking that too!!! May I say as I have been studying all the different doctrines between the protestant,Catholic,orthodox and messianic Jewish positions...I find no more God fearing centered doctrine than in the protestant position...apologia and true Christian ministry truly walk hand in hand I love the way the Gospel is communicated through the Protestants! Don't hate this analogy but I think of the Protestants as the army, Catholics as the marine and Orthodox as the Navy seals and messianic Jews as the overseers of the entire military and God over all. Protestants are like the army in the sense it's a good starting position in a military and has the most people but a lot within it bicker over the small things...as opposed to marines who have a little bit more dogmatic practices and force but great things produced!!! Orthodox is like the navy always being brought in for the special ops 😎 and messianic Jews are the leaders of the military for from the Jews came God in the flesh...sorry for the way my mind works it's just an analogy to express how I really feel...we are all one in Christ ✝️
So what is the best response when someone close to you openly mocks God? I pointed out that it was disrespectful and wrong. I was angry. Not hateful to the person though they may have taken it that way.
