Why I LOVE this Airline!

Why I Love this airline. I was on my way phone from Birmingham when a flight I was taking up to Aberdeen was delayed. Thankfully the airline that I was on today is amazing at dealing with delays.
This airline is of course Loganair. Loganair is the largest regional airline in the UK. this flight on Loganair from Birmingham airport to Aberdeen international airport was on the same day that the commonwealth games were starting in Birmingham. The commonwealth games meant that Birmingham airport was very busy and as such loganair's last flight of the day was delayed but the way the staff at loganair handled the delay was very impressive.

Loganair really seem to care for their customers, from big International flights to wee island hops. Stunning scenery too, with relaxing commentary makes a very wonderful addition to your canon.

Red Arrows how fantastic. I recently had a 6 hr delay at Glasgow with Loganair, no information from anyone other than a rolling flight info at 13.15 , 14.15 etc. Unbelievably frustrating. All airlines have issues its how your experience is dealt with that counts. I fly a lot with Loganair and thankfully only had 1 flight cancelled due to weather which cant be helped. Extra caramel wafers AND shortbread from great crew does help alleviate the frustration. :)

Snacks are always a great apology. I’ve always thought it would be way better if airlines just tell you what’s happening as soon as they know rather than have people wait hours with no news.
