I agree with you 100% . I was going to apply for Spicejet cadet program but my uncle(currently a captain at INDIGO) told me about the dirty truth of Spicejet and to have patience. That's why I am still waiting for Indigo cadet program to start. I finished my 12th about a year ago , but not wasting time by waiting instead getting a degree and also studying DGCA subjects .

But in India it's not happening as they have made it as a money making business and Most Captains gave Negative feedback about Cadet pilot program

If u ask me:) Go for indigo cpp which will start soon around 4-5 or maybe 6 months and honestly u won't regret it!! salary will also be much higher than spicejet, And if u want u can go for conventional though there is certain risks....

As a commerce student you must give maths and physics from open school, NIOS. After you have completed them you are eligible to become a pilot. (If you have maths as an additional subject with commerce then you only need to complete physics, but if you don't have maths then you must complete both maths and physics.)

It depends on if your diploma is equivalent to 10+2 examination with maths and physics. You must apply for an equivalency sertificate that shows if your diploma is equivalent. This thing has been explained in one of his older videos.
