I agree with you 100% . I was going to apply for Spicejet cadet program but my uncle(currently a captain at INDIGO) told me about the dirty truth of Spicejet and to have patience. That's why I am still waiting for Indigo cadet program to start. I finished my 12th about a year ago , but not wasting time by waiting instead getting a degree and also studying DGCA subjects .

My opinion about this debate will be -- why to join cadet program = if you are not from aviation family. If you don’t have any guidance from close relative who is in aviation. Best pathway in current situation. From start you will have curated support from your fto. Best flight schools around the world.
As per the norms once the candidate has completed Cadet pilot program it's the respective flying school's responsibility to offer a job for those Cadet candidates. But in India it's not happening as they have made it as a money making business and Most Captains gave Negative feedback about Cadet pilot program

If you want to apply for a foreign airline, first you need to have a permanent resident status in this particular country before you can apply for a job. You need to apply for a residence permit that gives you a right to work and live permanently in this country.

180k dollars is 1.44 crore its worth only because even if you spend more than 1 crore for indigo CPP they will give just a 320 boring aircraft and you have to repay your huge amount of loan and Emirates CPP is worth because after becoming a émirati pilot you have a Tax free salary and High salary

It depends on if your diploma is equivalent to 10+2 examination with maths and physics. You must apply for an equivalency sertificate that shows if your diploma is equivalent. This thing has been explained in one of his older videos.

As a commerce student you must give maths and physics from open school, NIOS. After you have completed them you are eligible to become a pilot. (If you have maths as an additional subject with commerce then you only need to complete physics, but if you don't have maths then you must complete both maths and physics.)

If you want to become a commercial pilot and your plan is to apply for the pilot training directly after 12th class the jee exam is not required. You are eligible to apply for the pilot training after you have passed 12th class with maths and physics.
