The cadet program at EFTA was first meant to serve Emirati students to join emirates airlines and to create better opportunities for Emirati youth, so the 90 days of ground school also includes 777 ground training and other aircrafts that emirates has. and since they need a lot of pilots from the region to employ the Emiratis they have to fast track the flight training which is why you only need 250 hours to be transferred to a co-pilot position at emirates (if you're Emirati)

I’m so happy and excited for you bro. I’m in process as well and can’t wait to run into you one day.
Shows clearly why Emirates is one of the leading airlines in the world.
Highly motivated and trained people. Emirates Airlines, the best there is !
Hold up, 90 weeks of ground school before flying for the first time. That's nuts
noticed that too... *bugeyes*
I mean I really wouldn't mind it if my accommodations and everything were all paid for...
That's almost 2 years. How are you going from 0 to ATPL in 2 years if you're not even going to fly?
Which made me wonder.. was it 90, or 19?
@@vinithradhakrishnan8969 can confirm that its 90 weeks, and let me explain why.
@@sultanalshamsi7629 could you explain the 90 weeks of ground school to me. I am looking to join this program.
Absolutely 💯 love the video Sam. Hope to see you fly and review different planes one day
Imagine if Sam became a Emirates pilot ! How amazing would that be ?
So he can become more arrogant than he already is?
@@SixFootScream please explain what means arrogant in few words
@@singa4025 sam thing he is the best in aviation comtemt creator
Congratulations on getting your pilots licence🥳
So they have the G3000 on the phantom…and they’re using paper maps? Haha such an over the top academy but I could only be jealous! Quite amazing
we always carry the ERSA, standard procedure
Standard procedures ever heard of it?
Dubai is an emergency landing paradise. So many flat lands everywhere with non-dense areas.
