If you're joining sol just because yoh couldn't secure admision in regular college, and is doing nothing along with SOL degree Belive me its a waste to time , ive also done the same , haven't got any college in 2022 and joined sol , no mentorship, delayed study material , delayed result , and absolutely no space during offline classes , in 2023 i regave CUET and now im studying in ARSD and everything here is 100 times better , faculty , environment, exams , classes , crowd etc., can tell you SOL is not worth it if you're doing nothing with it ,

1) if you want to prepare for govt exams then I prefer you to do college from du sol bcoz you wouldn't able to concentrate on the preparations. In regular college you need to go regularly so ... Sol. 2) yes, you can still fill SOL form but I think CUET ka result jaldi aajayega if you want to wait you can and if you think late h toh go with Sol. But SOL ke form probably August tk open rehte h.

Yes ba hons. Is for 4yrs but it's upto you if you want to drop it in 3yrs then you can. Yes it's worth while doing other courses else it's the last option of the maximum students to do it from sol. There are no assignments.

For SOL you need to pass from 12th with mini 45% marks to get admission in these courses. And you can't decide the campus...it's upto SOL in which college they want to alot .

Only women can take admission through NCWEB in DU. Classes are held weekly (only Sunday)for the students. SOL means, school of open learning . Both men or women can take admission in SOL.
@@its__me234 NCWEB has only two programs BA and BCom (Prog). So obviously SOL should be your Preference. But if talking about BCom (Prog), I'll suggest go for NCWEB as it will give you College exposure and the classes only takes place on Weekends. So you have enough time to do allied courses.

IGNOU is all over India and DU SOL is only in Delhi also SOL comes under Delhi University you would get degree of DU. Acc. To my experience DU SOL is better than IGNOU. In SOL you don't need to give any practical or assignments but in IGNOU you have to.

Hello jhanwi! I'm also willing to take admission in du sol this year, nd I'm thinking of choosing BA hons in English cuz as a child I've had always been interested in English language. But many of my advicers says that it is not worth it. They say you should do it only if you want to be a professor or a teacher but i just like reading and learning English. I did not know about the cuet exam and forgot to apply for it. That's why im choosing sol as i don't want to waste a year. Im also thinking doing side jobs and courses but i don't know what to do. I'm anxious about it all. Please guide me 🙏
Hello dear! I think BA hons. English is better option if you love to read and learning English. In this you would learn alot about the history of whole English or the types literature. Look it's better to go with own interest rather than listening to others opinions, you would do better if you have interest in this from other subjects. In the other hand, You have alot of options in course if you want to do job or learn any skills you just need search a bit according to your interest so it would be easy for you.
DU SOL is for those who wants to do jobs or other courses and have financial crises. You can do diploma, internship etc. in particular field. While doing college. No need worry just think about it in which field you want to go or have interest.

Yes you can do bcom from SOL. Admission are already started from 3june. So you should get admission as soon as possible from the official site of DU SOL I have also mentioned the link in description box also I have explained few things about SOL official website so you can watch that video of Sol admission 2024. No, DU-SOL does not offer a BCA course. If you are looking for BCA in distance mode then you can consider colleges like NMIMS, Jain University, Chandigarh University

It is NOT worth it if you're not doing anything beside it, if you've other things in mind that you want to achieve with your degree then it's worth it

Only women can take admission through NCWEB in DU. Classes are held weekly (only Sunday)for the students. SOL means, school of open learning . Both men or women can take admission in SOL.

@@its__me234 NCWEB has only two programs BA and BCom (Prog). So obviously SOL should be your Preference. But if talking about BCom (Prog), I'll suggest go for NCWEB as it will give you College exposure and the classes only takes place on Weekends. So you have enough time to do allied courses.

IGNOU is all over India and DU SOL is only in Delhi also SOL comes under Delhi University you would get degree of DU. Acc. To my experience DU SOL is better than IGNOU. In SOL you don't need to give any practical or assignments but in IGNOU you have to.

Hello jhanwi! I'm also willing to take admission in du sol this year, nd I'm thinking of choosing BA hons in English cuz as a child I've had always been interested in English language. But many of my advicers says that it is not worth it. They say you should do it only if you want to be a professor or a teacher but i just like reading and learning English. I did not know about the cuet exam and forgot to apply for it. That's why im choosing sol as i don't want to waste a year. Im also thinking doing side jobs and courses but i don't know what to do. I'm anxious about it all. Please guide me 🙏
Hello dear! I think BA hons. English is better option if you love to read and learning English. In this you would learn alot about the history of whole English or the types literature. Look it's better to go with own interest rather than listening to others opinions, you would do better if you have interest in this from other subjects. In the other hand, You have alot of options in course if you want to do job or learn any skills you just need search a bit according to your interest so it would be easy for you.
DU SOL is for those who wants to do jobs or other courses and have financial crises. You can do diploma, internship etc. in particular field. While doing college. No need worry just think about it in which field you want to go or have interest.

No, I don't so diploma students can get admission in SOL. The eligibility of DU SOL is must passed from 12th class with minimum 45%.

No, DU-SOL does not offer a BCA course. If you are looking for BCA in distance mode then you can consider colleges like NMIMS, Jain University, Chandigarh University
