See, if you secure a good AIR in JEE and are eligible for a good IIT and let's consider if you aren't that financially strong then also there will be many firms who will provide you with loans. In that 4 year course instead of enjoying you may study hard to achieve a decent placement. Even If you qualify for AIIMS, then also the standard of living in AIIMS is still quite low. I think financial reasons are today excuse for many, instead we should work hard.

IGNOU has one of the TOUGHEST marking systems. It doesn't pass students particularly on the basis of assignment submission. A few of my friends enrolled in MCOM 1st year got failed and they later opted for regular degree in another college and got passed with a percentage above 70. I am sure there may be many other students who ARE READING COMMENTS HERE and they wrote very well and to-the-point answer in their exams but GOT FAILED due to its rigorous marking system.

Apne bahut badia baat kahi but apne sikke ka sirf ek hi pehlu dekha. Iski koi gaurantee nahin ki govt. regular colleges mein padai hoti hi hogi. Mere zyadata doston ne apne city ke govt. college mein as a regular admission liya lekin sirf exam dene hi gaye, aur unki attendance bhi 75 % se upar ho gayi aur degree bhi regular ki hi mili. Aur zyadata bache open isliye padte hain qunki regular courses mein agar college jana bhi padta hai to vahan sirf time waste hi hota(except some premium institutes). Aap tabhi kaabil banoge jab aap khud se padoge fir chahe vo regular ho ya open. Mein science ka student hoon but mujhe covid ke time pol sc. mein interest develop ho gaya . Mene khud se hi 4-5 books pad dali . You tube se bhi help le li. Aur ab mein kisi pol sc ke post graduates se milta hoon to meri knowledge unse zyada hi hoti hai , jabki unke paas ma (pol sc) ki degree hai aur mere paas koi degree nahin. To sabse best hai competitive exam phodo, prove karo ki aap ke paas skill hai aur baat khatm.

Absolutely right sir. Being a college student I know how difficult it is. Our professors give us the IGNOU study materials in our class. And it is very disappointing for me that one of my professors doesn't give us the self-created notes. She always uses Google classroom application to provide us IGNOU materials though they are available on the internet.

मैं आपकी बातों से बिल्कुल भी agree नहीं करता, ignou में admission बच्चे कई कारण से लेते है, ऐसा नहीं है कि लोकल college me admission नहीं मिलता बल्कि बिहार जैसे राज्य में local college time से डिग्री नहीं देता है और रही बात palacement की तो local college का palacement का भी यही हाल है.

I did BCA from Regular college back in year 2007 then did MCA from IGNOU in 2009-12 after completion of course I worked with Top MNC like amdocs, wipro, Iris when i was in India then moved to Europe i also did MBA from regular 2007-09 and Mtech (Executive Mtech from IIT Patna some so called "Vidwan" says executive mtech are useless even it is from IIT or BITS Pilani lol). Yes its true Some companies have strict hiring conditions that they will not entertain Distance degree it doesnt means IGNOU dont have reputation if you have backlog in subjects in any university no company will entertain your profile, some company hiring policy is they will take only TIER1 And 2 colleges candidates so does it means other colleges are useless even they are affiliated to top university. Yes some of Pvt and mashroom University get deb approval and start selling useless degrees which is a scam and really useless best example is sikkim manipal, subharti etc

See, if you secure a good AIR in JEE and are eligible for a good IIT and let's consider if you aren't that financially strong then also there will be many firms who will provide you with loans. In that 4 year course instead of enjoying you may study hard to achieve a decent placement. Even If you qualify for AIIMS, then also the standard of living in AIIMS is still quite low. I think financial reasons are today excuse for many, instead we should work hard.

I'm a nios student. And our paper are much more tough than any normal ncert student in a regular school. Truth is that they are not studying ,in real. As their tick mark paper and cutting of syllabus & they treated by govt as chhui -mui (sensitive ). We have to write descriptive manner all questions.

IGNOU has one of the TOUGHEST marking systems. It doesn't pass students particularly on the basis of assignment submission. A few of my friends enrolled in MCOM 1st year got failed and they later opted for regular degree in another college and got passed with a percentage above 70.
I am sure there may be many other students who ARE READING COMMENTS HERE and they wrote very well and to-the-point answer in their exams but GOT FAILED due to its rigorous marking system.

Apne bahut badia baat kahi but apne sikke ka sirf ek hi pehlu dekha. Iski koi gaurantee nahin ki govt. regular colleges mein padai hoti hi hogi. Mere zyadata doston ne apne city ke govt. college mein as a regular admission liya lekin sirf exam dene hi gaye, aur unki attendance bhi 75 % se upar ho gayi aur degree bhi regular ki hi mili. Aur zyadata bache open isliye padte hain qunki regular courses mein agar college jana bhi padta hai to vahan sirf time waste hi hota(except some premium institutes). Aap tabhi kaabil banoge jab aap khud se padoge fir chahe vo regular ho ya open. Mein science ka student hoon but mujhe covid ke time pol sc. mein interest develop ho gaya . Mene khud se hi 4-5 books pad dali . You tube se bhi help le li. Aur ab mein kisi pol sc ke post graduates se milta hoon to meri knowledge unse zyada hi hoti hai , jabki unke paas ma (pol sc) ki degree hai aur mere paas koi degree nahin.

मैं आपकी बातों से बिल्कुल भी agree नहीं करता, ignou में admission बच्चे कई कारण से लेते है, ऐसा नहीं है कि लोकल college me admission नहीं मिलता बल्कि बिहार जैसे राज्य में local college time से डिग्री नहीं देता है और रही बात palacement की तो local college का palacement का भी यही हाल है.

Adha adhura gyan maat diya karo how much experience do you have dude? I did BCA from Regular college back in year 2007 then did MCA from IGNOU in 2009-12 after completion of course I worked with Top MNC like amdocs, wipro, Iris when i was in India then moved to Europe i also did MBA from regular 2007-09 and Mtech (Executive Mtech from IIT Patna some so called "Vidwan" says executive mtech are useless even it is from IIT or BITS Pilani lol). Yes its true Some companies have strict hiring conditions that they will not entertain Distance degree it doesnt means IGNOU dont have reputation if you have backlog in subjects in any university no company will entertain your profile, some company hiring policy is they will take only TIER1 And 2 colleges candidates so does it means other colleges are useless even they are affiliated to top university. Yes some of Pvt and mashroom University get deb approval and start selling useless degrees which is a scam and really useless best example is sikkim manipal, subharti etc

But haan.. ek baat ye kahna chahungi.. ki main regular me admission hi isliye liya tha.. kyonki.. IGNOU me paper pass karna was a big headache.. 3 saal ka course me 4.5 saal lag gaye.. jabki regular me.. i was one of top students in my class.
Second point.. IGNOU me koi bhi baccha IGNOU ki padhayi se nhi.. self study se paas hota hai.. hume syllabus pata hota hai.. IGNOU course ki book provide karata hai.. aur hum baki book khud se kharidte hai.. alag alag subjects ke.. din raat self study karte hai.. internet se padhte hai.. aur jinke pass paise hote.. wo coaching karte hai.. aese padayi hoti hai..
IGNOU weekend me optional class karata hai.. iska matlab ye nhi.. ki wo exam nhi leta.. ya paper easy banata hai..
Bhale hi padhai ho ya na ho.. par exam regular Universities ke exam se.. jyada tough hota hai.. 3x ya 4x. Okay.
Mane dono type ki Universities mein padhayi ki hai.. mujhse jyada acche se difference kisi ko pata nhi hoga..
Par phir bhi mai.. khud hi logo ko kehti hu.. life me sukoon aur santi chahiye.. life me disaster nhi chahiye.. to IGNOU me admission nhi lena.. apni chhoti behen ka admission IGNOU me nhi hone diya.. life hell ho jati hai.. IGNOU me admission leke.. paper nhi nikalte.. saal kharab hote hai.. jindagi barbad ho jati hai.. kalank lag jati hai.. academic records par.. 3 saal ka course 4.5 saal me kiya..

Open University se padhte hai.. wo padhai me kamjor nhi.. financially kamjor hote hai.. unke paas paise nhi hote regular universities ki fees bharne ke liye.. kaise chutiya speaker ho tum.. bina sach jane.. kucch bhi bol dete ho.. samne hote to.. ek ghusa lagati.. tumhare muh par.. chutiya insaan

Kayi baar acche se accha likh kar aao.. phir bhi fail kar dete hai.. IGNOU ka exam dena is a game of luck.. tum mehnat kar kar ke mar jao.. isse koi farq nhi padta.. kishmat jab tak tum par daya nhi karegi.. tumhe tumhare mehnat ka fal nhi milega..
Mera paper hi do semester me gayab ho gyi thi.. and unfortunately.. course ke 3 saal pura hone ke baad gayab hui thi.. result hi nhi aayi.. maine complain kiya.. to pata chala meri paper aur kucch baccho ki paper kho gyi.. phir maine dubara exam diya.. phor se result nhi aayi.. ek paper ki ek ki aayi.. maine phir se complain kiya but no action.. phir se exam to us waqt bhi mujhe show ho rhi thi.. mere last paper jo left thi.. uski.. to maine RTI kar diya.. phir mujhe mujhe marks mail se ghar tak pahuchaye gye.. aur ultimately mujhe bca complete kar payi.. 3 paper me 3 sem lage..
Tab mujhe samajh aaya ki kitne awwal darje ki careless aur corrupt hai.. IGNOU ki system.
