In todays i m going to tell you about in vitro maturation..
In vitro maturation is a process where oocytes are taken from follicles in the ovary and then mature in the laboratory.
This technique is quite effective as compared to the in vitro fertilization..
In in vitro maturation of oocytes , there is no requirement of stimulation injection but in ivf stimulating injection is required..
Different media are used for the maturing the oocytes that are taken from the follicles..
