Queen of the Murder Scene is an insanely impressive concept album. If you like this song, watch the Lenario concert. They go through the album in order. Its like a twisted rock opera.
*Queen of the Murder Scene* (aka QOTMS) is the title song of their 2nd album... a concept album written when Dany (guitar) and Pau (drums) were barely teenagers!
the album tells the foreboding dark story of unrequited love and the Queen through her battles between good and evil over her soul...
the full story of the concept album is best experienced in order from *Dust to Dust* all the way to *The End (Stars Always Seem To Fade)* ...
this title song of the album depicts the evil side of the Queen flaunting its immortality and some might also say its immorality...

The repeated lyric they are singing is korosu which is Japanese for kill.
I saw them twice in the UK in April and have tickets to four North America shows; Rocklahoma, MMRBQ, Pittsburgh, and Toronto.

Congrats on the tickets. As I’m sure you know, that Gibson Explorer she’s playing is the one gifted to her on stage by Lzzy Hale. After getting over the shock, Dany immediately launched into this song using her gift for the very first time. She seems to use it every time she plays this song ( and a few others).
Congratulations! I am so happy for you. You will honestly be blown away! Seeing The Warning live is something that has to be experienced to fully understand their love for their fans and music.

You will have a great time. You will be fully Warned after you experience them live. Nothing I can say will prepare you. Their live shows are mesmerizing.
They cut their callouses on Metallica, Guns and Roses, Foo Fighters, Muse, and others. They did an incredible cover of *Atlas Rise,* after a lengthy set at the Whisky-A-GoGo in Hollywood. They can rearrange *Enter Sandman* with a pop singer (Alessia Cara) and put it ON a Metallica release, *The Black Album.* Metallica ain't got a lot on The Warning these days. They're rocking and socking like Pau in *S!CK*. QOTMS is a freaking masterpiece written by and composed by and recorded by The Warning when they were CHILDREN. The Lunario 2018 concert video shows it all. Go blow your mind with it! You won't regret it.

“P.S.Y.C.H.O.T.I.C” are great off this record! And, of course, “Dust to Dust”

Congratulations on getting tickets for your first Warning show. As good as these recordings are even those can't properly prepare you for experiencing it live yourself. Saw two shows on the European tour, got one more in August and I'm finally going to see them in Mexico next year on the second date at the 'Auditorio Nacional'!

Lunario CDMX 2018 the whole Queen of the Murder Scene concert is a must watch 👍 a masterpiece of an album.
The album is in 4 chapters. Some songs from their first album are featured are featured in the concert in between the chapters.

Nice reaction. This song is always in their set list. I have seen them 3 times. Each performence better than the previous one. In my 68 trips around the sun I have seen just about every rock band imaginable. The Warning is in my top 10.I hope you got the meet and greet tickets. I went through your Warning play list. I didn't see a reaction to Z live at Teatro Metropolitan. Dany has a solo.

I too will be at the Ice House in Pomona, along with L.A. the next night. Plus, I just got back from Japan seeing them with Band Maid. In February I'm going to see them in Guadalajara! Hope we get to say hi in Pomona! I grew up near there in San Dimas. I'm a huge fan of the Warning. If you've not checked out Band Maid, consider it.

For me, I've always gotten an 'Alice Cooper' vibe on this one. Pau is saying 'Korosu, Korosu, Koro, Korosu, Korosu' which is Japanese and loosely translates to 'Kill, Kill, Time To Kill'.
I'm going to see them October 30 in Toronto... Can't wait, it's going to be great!!!

Man! I just heard the freaking scary screams at the back starting at 6:27, by your expression I thought you noticed them as well.
Like you, I am seeing them this fall - for me in Detroit. I badly want to hear this song live... as a matter of fact, I'm hope I'm still alive when they decide to do a QOTMS revival tour... it will happen someday! At first, I only liked a few tracks. After multiple listens, it grows on you. It pulls from so many genres and styles, you can't get bored listening to it, and it tells a freakin awesome and dark story. I bought it on vinyl - it comes with a booklet with lyrics and drawings. While the young lady still has her wits about her, the lyrics are neat and orderly... as the album progresses as does her craziness... the writing gets messy and scratchy, droplets of blood smeared about, drawings get twisted and scary... you get the idea. What's really freaky is that Pau was responsible for most of the album, and she was barely a teenager when she wrote it. It has been my favorite album since I discovered it a year ago, and Error is a close second - even though technically, Error has very few (errors!). They're all hits.

Oh man, I kinda want to go to Glass House. I've never been to a show there. I'm in San Diego and I've seen them three times. Two at house of blues. First show it was about half full. Second time it was packed. Flew to Phoenix with my best friend and saw them with Halestorm. This go round they are not stopping in San Diego. I'm so bumbed! You will love it. They are so good live!
They have a side band call Las Wa Was.

Great that you're going to see them, sad for you that this song probably won't make the setlist. They'll likely play the bulk of the new Keep Me Fed album if not all of it, plus a handful of Error songs. They've just got too much good material.

two other reactions stated it had more of a Megadeth influence. a member of Megadeth was an instructor at Berkley where they went to school.... the word they are saying is korosu which means murder or kill in Japanese if i remember correctly
