Creek Fishing for Rainbow & Brown TROUT

I went creek fishing for rainbow and brown trout! I used a Fish Hawk spinner to catch some really nice trout from the creek. This video includes 2 days of trout fishing. The first day of fishing was tough but the second day was full of action! I only caught 3 trout on the first day and I caught 8 on the second day. Fishing is unpredictable and that's one reason why I love it so much!

Man, what an improvement a 30 degree drop in temperature makes! You definitely had some nice Trout on those two days out, but I don't even have to tell you how much of an improvement, that day 2 was, over day 1! I'm not saying you can't catch Rainbow Trout in warmer weather, but cooler weather is your best Rainbow Trout catching weather. They apparently like it colder, than Brown Trout do!

If you’re fishing a spinner you wanna cast into every part of the hole/run that looks fishy, then move. So maybe 5-10 casts at each spot, then move. If the fish are there they will typically grab the spinner the first cast by them or not at all. 👍
