Dude you can actually sell faster and profitable first you need to buy all the armor even if you have small money and then sell the cheapest armor and then sell the most expensive armor and you get profit but you need to sell it in the same place try it if you don't believe me

I have captured all towns and cities in less than a game year and less than a real life week (this was almost a month ago) oh and not all villages it's very hard to remove them cause of bandits and destroyed nations who just want to exist

One thing that can help a lot is to go to the advisor and check trades it will help a lot by telling you the city's that want to sell or buy a certain product. That's all I could say.

King's Menu, bottom-right corner with a crown icon (if you're a king, a star icon if you're a warlord). King's Menu > Army, from here you can command a percentage of your available lords to attack or defend a specific castle.

Europe for Armor, and Japan for Weapons. England, and Poland, have very strong armor. If you want a cheaper alternative but works just fine, look south of Europe where the Sultanate of Rum is.

Any siege weapon destroyed in a manual battle will be lost, however, you don't lose any IF you Autobattle.
