    I feel this so much, I was promised a second mortgage would be sooo east and convinced to take a huge amount out when I remortgage and the reasons why I should be on a flex rate. A year later, they won't able to get my second mortgage and I'm paying a extra $1000 a month. I work 3days a week and a single mom of a 4year old. I'm devastated!!

      Should always be an exit plan to get out of private. If broker knew you were not going back to work full time, should been exit plan to get out.
      Usually they are fixed rates re: private.

    200 millions in the balance sheet is like a "sweat shop " grade firm! you should only invest with companies with several hundred billions in their balance sheet! more regulated, higher scrutiny, is business proof etc...
