I met my 2nd husband way sooner then I thought I would. I wanted a year break too, but when you meet someone who makes you happy, you have to roll with it. Together 8 years, married 6, and am still super happy, he make me feel special, couldn’t ask for anything more.
I dated someone just two months after my divorce was final. I was emotionally detached from my ex for a LONG time before we split. It was honestly super easy to move on because I wasn’t MISERABLE anymore. Go where your heart takes you. You are so deserving of this and don’t ever for even one second question it. It’s honestly mind blowing when you feel loved after feeling the exact opposite for so long.

Jordy sounds sooo sweet and reminds me of my husband. I remember early on in our relationship I had doubts/fears like “this is just how he is in the beginning”, “this won’t last”, etc. because of past relationships and I can say over 5 years later, getting married and having a baby together he’s just as sweet to me, thoughtful, and intentional. @@MichelJanse it's a good idea to keep your relationship separate from your "job" = you tube/instagram etc. This way you will know if he is interesting fully in you or you promoting his music career. Lots of people use "social media influences" to promote their agenda then dump someone once their social media platform grows to support them fully financially. Beware and go slow.
