Girrrl that technique with the spray followed by the pat down saved my face!!! Normally my face would get super tight after the setting spray, but that technique helped so much, thank you for sharing!
She uses cinema secrets brush cleaner I bought it because she's talked about it before it's awesome. It dries immediately so you can use it in between colors and everything
I'm really glad you mentioned to not put so much setting powder under the eyes if one has dry skin. I have dry skin and many TH-camrs put a lot of powder under their eyes to set their concealers yet don't mention it doesn't work for everyone and i thought it would work for me at first but nooooo 😂that made me look like a desert 😂 so thank you for mentioning that!! Not everyone has the same skin ♥️
Claudia Torres i have dry skin as well but found the cover fx loose Perfect Setting powder to be amazing and it doesn't settle into fine lines like others do
Hi Claudia, I have mature, dry skin and there are a few powders that work well under my eyes. HD powders work well and I love the IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores powder. I recently found the Loreal Hydra Perfecte powder is awesome! May be my new FAV!

Just in case you guys didn't know this-I'm pretty sure the reason Laura tends to gravitate towards gold (I do too) is that her skin has warm undertones. I read somewhere (while trying to figure out what my undertones were) that if you feel you look better in gold- you most-likely have warm undertones, while if you prefer silver, it's the opposite. :) Also- I love you Laura!!!!!!
Literally Just M because if she used warm tones bronzers she'd look orange.... so that isn't always true. Golds just usually tend look more flattering against all skin tones for the eyes at least.
Actually, Literally Just M, her skin has a cool to neutral undertone. Her eyes, however, have a russet-looking tone, which is warm toned. So warmer tones, like gold and the brownish shadows that she used, for example, complement her eye colour.

I found my first gray hair when I was 35. I was at work at the hospital taking a very rare bathroom break (all the nurses know what I mean) anyways while I was washing my hands I was looking at myself in the mirror and right there sticking up like a sore thumb was a gray frigging hair. I thought I was gonna have to call a CODE BLUE for myself!! I snatched it out faster than a weave on a Vine fight video.
Another nurse here, and YES I hear you on the bathroom breaks. My moment of horror was when I looked in the mirror and there was a dark hair coming out of my chin. It had obviously been there a while because it was long. It was coarse, more like a whisker, lol. My fellow nurses and I have a pact, that if we end up in LTC some day, we will pluck each other's stray whiskers, lol.

I found an awesome thing for cystic pimples (the ones that never seem to go away that are deep in the skin and can last for weeks!) it's Smiles Prid drawing salve (Walgreens). I get those bad sometimes, and this stuff gets rid of it in a couple days. Figured I'd share the love!
Yes! No joke it seriously works. I started getting desperate for a solution because nothing worked and mine would last for over 2 weeks. So how it was explained to me is that when you buy the product you wanna put a good amount on the cystic pimple and cover it with a bandaid. I did mine at night so I wasn't walking around with a bandaid all day on my face. The reason for the bandaid is because it's a drawing salve, which means it draws out any impurities deep in the skin so the bandaid helps to absorb anything it draws out. I read up on a ton of reviews about it and it works for foreign objects in the skin like slivers, glass shards, etc. sorry this is a long read but it's been a serious life saver since I can get them bad when I'm having my period. Mine go away in as little as three days.

I did this look and wouldn’t recommend putting setting spray on your eyeshadow after the makeup look is done cause the shimmery gold tends to turn not matte but also the shimmery takes off

I'm sure you won't see this, but in case you do.... when you have acne, either actual bumps or just leftover color, what's the best way to cover that? My skin is fair, and anything can make my skin insanely red, and I feel like it shows through foundation if I don't spot use concealer with it. Would love to see a video on tricks and tips for things like this! (acne, general redness, etc.)
Avery McConathy hi! I'm not Laura (obviously) but I can suggest something. I have the same problem with redness and I've recently been using the Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment and that's been helping me a lot to neutralize the redness. I wear it after my primer and before my foundation or I wear it alone sometimes when I don't want to wear too much makeup and then lightly dust some powder all over to even out my skin. I bought it at Sephora and it is kinda pricey but I started of by buying just a travel size to test out and I ended up just buying the full size. You can also ask for a sample at Sephora just to try it out and see if it works for you. I hope this helps! :)
Haha I actually don't mind it because my Juvia's Place Masquerade Palette has a good mixture of colourful/neutral shades (not counting other palettes too). So I've been getting a lot of inspiration. Everyone has been experimenting. It's been kind of nice! 😄

Jennifer Speece I'm not Laura, but I might be able to answer your question lol. I wouldn't recommend washing your false lashes because it could really ruin them. Even if I cry when I'm wearing some, it completely messes them up and makes them all clumped together and everything, and there's no saving them lol. That's why a lot of people apply mascara before false lashes, and sometimes they'll apply very little just to blend the falsies and natural lashes together. 😊

How do you not get any makeup on your nose piercing. I have a nose piercing and it's a little hard for me to not get any makeup on it.

My skin is fair, and anything can make my skin insanely red, and I feel like it shows through foundation if I don't spot use concealer with it. Would love to see a video on tricks and tips for things like this! (acne, general redness, etc.)
Avery McConathy hi! I'm not Laura (obviously) but I can suggest something. I have the same problem with redness and I've recently been using the Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment and that's been helping me a lot to neutralize the redness. I wear it after my primer and before my foundation or I wear it alone sometimes when I don't want to wear too much makeup and then lightly dust some powder all over to even out my skin. I bought it at Sephora and it is kinda pricey but I started of by buying just a travel size to test out and I ended up just buying the full size. You can also ask for a sample at Sephora just to try it out and see if it works for you. I hope this helps! :)

Jennifer Speece I'm not Laura, but I might be able to answer your question lol. I wouldn't recommend washing your false lashes because it could really ruin them. Even if I cry when I'm wearing some, it completely messes them up and makes them all clumped together and everything, and there's no saving them lol. That's why a lot of people apply mascara before false lashes, and sometimes they'll apply very little just to blend the falsies and natural lashes together. 😊
