2nd Day Trouble Shooting Power Issue With Levo Turbo

This will be the second day testing the Levo turbo out for losing power and turning off. It’s getting worse with the issue after getting it back from the bike shop. I wasn’t able to make a full run on the jumps before it lost power and turned off. I got the same error code that the lights were drawing too much power from the motor.

Sounds like the plug is loosing connection. I had a similar problem when I use to lay my bike in my truck bed.

I had my Levo cut power a couple of times and the red light flashed.
On inspection of the plug there was blue corrosion around one pin on the male and female sides. I cleaned it s up hopefully that was the issue.
I think this is the worst plug design and placement for a ebike .

If you still have issues with it and it's under warranty take it to a local
Specialized dealer to send in for warranty.

def not cool for the money we pay for these things.. I just got my 2023 turbo levo and my second ride it was powering off with some red and blue codes right after turning it on it would flash red bar and then blue and red bar then just shut off and kept doing it.. I messed with the plug and rebooted app and all sorts of stuff and no help.. then half hour later it worked olike nothing happened .. I mean talk about being lil dissapointerd after spending 8k on a bicycle LMAO .. they better get there shit together man...

@@mandogtrailriding3475 and yes of course they have warranty but my 2023 is 2 days old and on my second ride these freakin thing decides its gonna keep shutting off after turning it on for over an hour and couldn't even ride it... finally i tried it after knowing day was shot and no ride on my 8000 bicycle i just got less then week ago,, Point is.. shouldn't have to do shit with something u paid 8k for except ride and enjoy.. even worse is now all sudden its fine so have no clue what happened and or when it will happen again.. NOT ACCEPTABLE period.. everything and i do mean everything being made nowadays is GARBAGE for what they charge...

Hi, I also have a similar one and it doesn't want power to enter the battery, which could be the problem
